Bought items from Bildelaronline24/autodoc+ before, and it was OK experience. I choose them once more when it was time to order new transition belt and tension pulley (aggregatsrem och spännrulle). At the time there was a category with just that name and experts recommendation of a set. I was ordering from Sweden so postage cost are a part of a price. Even order that was mailed to me said transition belt, tension pulley (aggregatsrem, spännrulle). Whet the package came it contained just tension pulley. I contacted support, but was notified that that set contains only ONE part. After brief exchange where I stated that this is at least false advertising and very confusing the agent asked me for my car registration number and I really thought the guy will save the day and send me my belt or at least spare me of new postage cost, but no. The guy actually found me a belt on their page in order for me to buy it again. No, thank You. Last time for my part.

Worst experince ever
Worst experince ever. I'm refering to the customer service, the items we never used. 1-2 days delivery turned into 20 days. Already after 5 days I wondered why the items were still not dispatched. "Tomorrow" they answered everytime. And no explanation why it was delayed, my guess is because an item was out of storrage, and this happens and I have understanding of it. But if one or two items were making the order delayed, why not give us alternatives to remove the item or change the item to another brand? That's how I wished the customer service would act. But no, just silence, and always me as a customers that had to ask. After 12 days we cancelled the order because we couldn't wait anylonger. It felt like a joke. Guess what? 3 days after it was dispatched anyway! If you would like some frustration in your life and raise your blood preassure. Go ahead, make an order from them.

This company is a big big joke. How can you sell items which you dont have in stock and indicate on your website that they actually are in stock. Thats not called doing business with customers. What you are doing is fooling people to think that you have everything in stock and you dont. And when they finally place an order God knows when the order is comming. Absolutely no information about delay. My previous order took almost 2 weeks. My last order is as it looks going to beat that record with glance. People dont buy from this company this is a big big joke!!!!!!!

I ordered wiper blades by typing in my reg nr and when they arrived I realised I had recieved two blades for passenger side, although one was listed as driver's side.
I explained this to the support but they would not pay for return postage even though it was incorrect information on the web page that led to the purchase.
You say that errors are an exception but in fact you have lots of complaints from people with the same experience.

För att en sån situation inte skall inträffa rekommenderar vi alltid att kunderna kontaktar vår Tekniska support.
De är alltid redo för att hjälpa och söka de bildelar som passar just din bil då det kan skiljas på olika nivåer även om det gäller samma bilmodell.
Med tanke på att detta är en online beställning så har vi ett par regler att rätta oss efter. Detta är att läsas utförligt på vår hemsida.
En av dessa regler innefattas att man står för returkostnaden själv om man inte har Safe Order aktiverad.
