Red itchy rashes caused on skin due to the dirty unsanitary room
I booked the deluxe double room with balcony at the Garden Hotel in Amsterdam. Room was disgustingly filthy. I asked reception and also a cleaner who happened to be on the corridor where are room was based but was ignored both times which led to my partner hoovering the room himself. The room was so filthy, dusty and a whole load of cobwebs everywhere. It was so disgustingly filthy that my partner developed red itchy patches on his skin during our stay due to the uncleanliness of the room. As were from the UK we could not get full treatment for my partner until we returned home. The staff are rude and the company is very unprofessional, my emails have been ignored for nearly up to a month. I booked through lastminute.com and they have updated me throughout this month that the hotel has not responded to them since my stay on 7th to 9th Sept 2024. There is no way this hotel is a 5 star with such poor unhygienic rooms with rude unprofessional staff. I have pictures of the room and my partners skin with the rashes caused
