Possibly one of the worst out there. Poor stock management, non existent customer service, plenty of robots to chat to. Avoid at all costs, should not be allowed to trade. Scum kunts.
Billabong not what it used to be.
Placed an order on 02/02/2025 - tracking information was never received, have now chased customer services multiple times. Given very vague response the first time about checking with the courier, however the last interaction was almost a week ago with no further update. Disappointing as like many others I have shopped with Billabong for a long time but sadly feel I’ve lost my money totally on this.
After posting this review I received an email stating that my parcel had been lost in transit and I’ve since had a full refund. Disappointed not to get the products but at least I got my money back.

It’s been 3 weeks since the tracking shows it was received.
No refund, no live agents to chat to, no telephone number and just standard automated responses saying to wait 10 working days for the refund.

Sadly I will no longer be using this website I have always loved billabong wetsuits and clothing but the customer service and loyalty to customers is awful! I had a £15 loyalty voucher that I’d spent hundreds to earn I used it to buy a tracksuit that sadly didn’t fit so I returned it to find out the voucher would not be re-instated and it took over a month and several emails to get the rest of the money back absolutely shocking! As well as being given contradictory information several times! That’s it for me I will shop elsewhere going forward! They’ve lost a loyal customer for good!
Item never arrived, avoid this company!
Ordered a top for a Christmas present. Despatched by DPD, when I checked tracking it was returned to sender. They never even attempted delivery (weird that tracking stages had returned to sender as the third point in the delivery journey, the last two being out for delivery and then delivered). I doubt item was ever despatched. I thought this company was legitimate (not bought from them before but had vaguely heard of them so thought they were okay). I am now not sure if they are legitimate. They are certainly unreliable and will never get an order from me again!
Still not been refunded!!!
Still not been refunded. Wish I had read the reviews on here first. I am now panicking. I placed two orders and returned both. Unfortunately, the bikinis just didn’t suit me so I had to return. Checked all their policies before and followed the correct process. I have sent multiple customer service requests and reached out on Facebook and Instagram. NO RESPONSE! Please refund your customers. I will persist with contact until this matter is resolved. You have had my returns in your possession for well over 10 working days now.
UPDATE: After pestering for a full day I have received both refunds. Basically don’t give up and you will get your money back. I had no issue with delivery only returns and lack of communication. Really not what you expect from a global company. Lesson learnt. I will not be ordering direct again unfortunately.

Just to let everyone out there know , contact a free service called RESOLVER + they contacted billabong direct for me + I got a refund 2 days after and I had totally given up hope 👍
Avoid at all costs!
I returned an item which was received by Billabong on Friday 23rd August. I have received no acknowledgement of this return and no refund. I have contacted customer services via the website and had no response. No number supplied that I can call.
I can’t believe such terrible service from such a well-known brand. I wish I had read these reviews before ordering and will never order from Billabong again.
Please can Billabong update me on my refund or I will be looking into taking legal action.

Terrible service. After ordering a product in stock it didnt arrive by the expected delivery date.
When I queried this with an email, I was given an updated delivery date by which time it was not received.
after another email, I was given another delivery date and again it was not received.
After another email, I asked for an updated delivery date or a cancellation.
This email was replied to 10 days later and the product was finally delivered (more than one month after it was due).
Billabong, web orders are not new. Your customer service is not responsive and tardy.
Don't bother giving delivery date estimates if you they are going to be completely fictional.
Finally, if you are going to suggest I do a return, make it easy for me to do it rather than trying to busy the process deep in your website.

The customer service is terrible
The customer service is terrible. I bought 5 t-shirts from them after washing them once 2 shrunk and the other 2 must have been rotten material as there was small holes all over the other 2 t-shirts. I was offered a 20% refund for clothes that are not fit for purpose. Never buying from billabong again!
To many good brands to bother with Billabong now
These guys are hopeless!! I have been chasing for 7 days and have written to them regarding an urgent order required before I leave the UK tomorrow. No one has gotten back to me, and although it says dispatched, DPD knows nothing about the package. I will be returning the items when I get bac to the UK out of principle!! This is why Amazon is crushing sales...

Absolutely awful customer service. For some reason an order I made 5 working days ago is stuck on 'preparing for delivery' and no employee is getting back to me to tell me what is going on. I needed the item for a wedding and now I am left without anything to wear at such short notice. Respond to your customers!!

I wish I read those reviews before placing my order. I’ve returned few items over 2 weeks ago and still haven’t got my refund. Products are overpriced and poor quality that’s why I’ve returned it. It’s impossible to contact the customer service, all replies are automated replies. This company is a fraud company and they steal peoples money! Please avoid if possible!
Dreadful
I've been a Billabong/Roxy customer for two decades and I can't believe how downhill it's gone. Not only the prices have gone very much up while the quality's gone down, it's BAFFLING that in 2024, making a return is not a straightforward.
They claim that, as a member, you're entitled to free returns (which, quite frankly, should be for everyone regardless). HOWEVER, when you do request a return AS A MEMBER, they only send you a non-pre-paid label and you have to constantly pester them to get a pre-paid QR code. Not only that, but when you do ask, they send you a copy+paste text from their website in regards to the return policy and DON'T send you the QR code.
After much requesting it, I was finally sent one AFTER mailing the parcel back for which I paid. When I asked for a refund for that, they said I can't get one because they provided the QR code.
I know a scam when I see one, the UK is built on those

It is impossible to make an order on the website. Numerous times I have tried to make an order but it won't let me - says there are issues and to try again or contact customer services. There is nothing wrong with my address or payments.

Honestly dreadful! I would never order from Billabong UK again - due to their automated 'customer care' service it is impossible to contact them and therefore get a refund.
I ordered a fleece which didn't fit so submitted a return which got completely lost - it seems Billabong didn't update the carrier when they received it and so was 'lost in transit'. I contacted them no less than 8 times, each time getting an automated response, until a person actually replied, but they then couldn't find my order! By the way, all of their contact phone numbers on the websites do not work, so no possibility to discuss in any detail. This debacle was over a 3 month period - honestly the worst customer service I've ever experienced.

Absolutely awful! I ordered over a week ago and when I’m trying to track my order and find out where half of it has gone just an automatic email? No detail or anything about where my coat is. I will not be ordering from here ever again!
Billabong use to be high quality
Billabong use to be associated with well made high quality clothing. T-shirts were thick and lasted ages, these days its cheap over priced rubbish that barely survives one wash !
