never reply to the emails ! Had an issue with my order which hasn’t been delivered . I have sent many emails for a week and still waiting for a reply ! This is totally ridiculous! And have no other way to contact and get my product refunded! Avoid !!!!

if I could give this company no stars i would. i ordered size 5 boots. billabong sent me size 4. i want to return them, but its impossible to get a return form. when you click on the link it brings you back to the website page. there is no contact number. i have emailed it went to billabong.com in the US they were of no assistance. i will never order a product from this company again.

Delivered to the wrong address, and despite a huge effort by myself to try and locate them I can't even get a response from customer service.
I've had to go back to my payment provider to seek a refund as no response leaves no confidence in the company. Such a shame as I always loved my billabong shorts

Ordered a bikini for my daughters birthday and it never arrived.Was told it had been resent but still never arrived. Then I was told it had been delivered yesterday but we have CCTV and people were working from home and nothing was delivered.

Don’t think anyone actually works in their customer support department. They messed up my order and I can only get an automated response with no follow-up when trying to resolve. Appalling customer service that means I won’t ever be buying from this company again.
Beware Billabong sales. Quality has gone off a cliff and zero customer service
Our experience has been that product quality has significantly deteriorated in the last year or two. Irregular sizing on the same model and latest wetsuit glue failing after hardly any wear. Reaching a person about a return or warranty repair appears impossible. It’s been nearly 2 months of unhelpful automated responses so I’m resigned to going to other brands. Shame, they used to be good

Terrible experience! I ordered a bikini and received men's boardshorts instead. I contacted Billabong customer service and didn’t receive any response, even after following up. It’s frustrating to deal with a mistake and be completely ignored. There’s no phone support where I live, and their customer service is completely unresponsive. Really disappointing. I won’t be ordering from them again

Billabong used to create fantastic clothing, but looks to me like they now are under license to create from China. I paid £60 for a pair of shorts , poor poor quality, worth about £10. Buy these Chinese versions at your own peril.

I sent 4 items back, but received a refund only for 3!!! I wrote to them, but asked me to take pictures of the items!!! Clearly not even read my email. I responded to the email, but never heard back. I wrote again, but they never responded. It looks like I lost £50! Avoid!
Slower than slow
Slower than slow. Both in terms of delivery and customer service. In this day and age, it shouldn't take over a week for an in-stock item to arrive. This used to be a great company but something has gone wrong. If they were up front about delivery times and shipping internationally then there wouldn't be an issue. I guess they aren't so they don't lose business to much quicker competitors.

Absolutely appalling customer service, I have been trying to get in touch regarding a return. Tracking shows that it was picked up and returned, yet no refund. I have been emailing for 2 weeks now and no response other than an automated one. No phone number to talk to an actual person. Awful!
Two weeks no update
I ordered something as a gift two weeks ago and I’ve had no update and no answer at all. It’s now getting too close to leaving for our holiday so looks like my BF isn’t getting his present for his birthday. Terrible company and terrible service. I’ve tried to contact about an update or a cancellation but heard nothing.
Good Experience
Not sure where all these negative reviews are coming from. Yes, the customer service team does take some time to respond but their delivery times are so speedy (at least in the UK). I received my orders within 2-3 days. When I had to return, it was free for members (free to join and would recommend) and the refund was in my bank account within 7-10 business days.
AVOID!
Very very bad customer service, no response whatsoever. Unhelpful and unprofessional! My order took very long time to even get processed and by the time it arrives we were already back from our holiday, hence swimwear was no longer needed. I just read the reviews about the refunds with them and I would rather throw this useless swimwear to the bin than to deal with Billabong team again. Thank you Billabong for nothing! Waste of time na money...

I returned two items from the same order, but they've only refunded one. The return label was vague—just an address and two reference numbers, which I assumed covered both items. No explanation, no clarity. I've contacted them repeatedly but no response. It's been two weeks, and I'm still waiting. Absolutely unacceptable customer

AVOID THIS COMPANY!!! I am extremely disappointed with the level of customer service I have received. Most of my emails have gone unanswered, and the few that did receive a response took days. An order I placed on 17 of January has still not been fulfilled or refunded, which is completely unacceptable. This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I have had in a very long time.”
