A Boardriders company inc. Quiksilver, etc.... I've had to edit my earlier review. I'd complained about being forced to pay shipping fees for the return of garments clearly inaccurately sized. I'd had the price of the garment refunded but the £5 additional cost for return postage was not. This morning however I recieved an additional unexpected refund which included both the original shipping fee and the return fee so I am now happy not to be out of pocket. Credit where credit is due.

The only company I have experienced that charges you a special fee to return an item you bought online. I ordered an item online and it did not fit me so I mailed it back and not only was the shipping taken from my refund (which is fine, I know that can be standard) but another fee that was almost equivalent to the shipping cost as just a return fee. So they kept $15.46 from my refund because I don't have a billabong close by and an item did not fit and keeping the shipping fee was clearly not enough for them

Really terrible company. Something went wrong when adding my order, I entered the promo code to receive a free duffel bag but can’t have done it correctly. I called them when I didn’t receive the bag in the parcel and they advised I didn’t press select and so they can’t honour and include the bag. They advised I need to return my order and re-order the same goods to get the bag. I can’t believe they are willing to waste resources, time, shipping and fuel instead of helping their customers! Looked into them, it appears they use sweatshops to manufacture their clothes and so I’m unsurprised at their lack of care and unsustainable attitude. Will be returning but will not re-order.

It is a fraud copany. Not clear that they will return money for my refund, and seems they want to make me pay return costs, though it is clearly stated that returns are free for members. It is one of the worst experience! I recommend stay away from ordering anything directly from their homepage

They sent me the wrong item in my package and the customer service do not answer. They are just basically thieves.

I found the perfect gift for my boyfriend at Billabong Shope! The store had a fantastic selection of men's clothing and accessories, ideal for his laid-back style. The staff was incredibly helpful and gave me great suggestions to find the right gift. The quality of the products was outstanding, and I knew I was getting him something he would love

I ordered two dresses and two pairs of sandals for vacation. The dresses, so far, are fine. Although I’ve only worn them once each.

While on vacation, far from home, the first pair of sandals broke after walking maybe 20 feet in them. I posted a review to the website sharing this, they never posted it. The sandals were $50.
The second pair of sandals, the colour wore off them after two wears and super uncomfortable/cheap rubber. Again, they never posted my review to their site.

Billabong Company customer service lacks integrity return shipping cost that customers have to pay instead of including a return label or ability to print one off is quit expensive cost to put onto the customer. Not worth a purchase then .. better to shop with someone else who wants return customers

If I could I’d give zero stars.
Do not order from this horrible company. The chance of you having your order delivered is zero and zero of getting a refund. Appalling customer service. Actually non existent customer service. Still waiting for a refund for an order I never received. Two months later.

Ordered 7 items for the holidays, 2 never shipped and one was the wrong size. They don't offer exchanges, the only way to correct was to return the items and buy them again at a higher price. Customer service and supervisor didn't offer any way to help.

I purchased a couple of new mens Billabong tee's at boxing day sales. A black regular "Kamea Hawaii" tee and a black muscle "Regrets" tee. Great tee's. What I love about Billabong mens tee's is, the sizing, it's perfect, for me anyway. I'm a medium, a proper medium, not to baggy, not to tight, just right, so the tee's look fantastic on me. Perrrfect!!!

Dreadful! I received a order tracking number that was wrong so i couldn't track my order. When I enquired no one responded. 17 days after I ordered i received an email saying in getting a refund excluding the shipping when I didn't even know if my order was shipped in the first place?! Absolutely awful.. save yourself the headache and being out of money for no reason. Absolute scam.

Truthfully they don’t even deserve a 1 star rating I will never order from this company again…..it’s been a week and I haven’t received a tracking number or nothing

What an effin joke billabong Australia. took bloody over a month and myself checking in on what had happened on my issue before a got a resolution.First, delivery is bloody slow despite being an australian brand in Australia. Second, customer service and mind you FOLLOW UP which is most important for clients is bloody poor hey.👎🏽SAVE yourself, DO NOT ORDER from the billabong.au website coz you'll get one of the poorest customer care in Australia in terms of follow through and getting to the bottom of an issue. Thirdly, the local shop in town is better at customer service than this bloody big company. What a shame.

Incomplete refunds.
Billabong makes returns themselves difficult and then does not refund the full amount paid and claims it is "out of their control".

Find a better retailer.

Surprised to find out that the free shipping does not mean free return as well. Never had this before with online shops who do free shipping. Typical money hungry company that externalizes all the risk to the customer. Learned my lesson!

I recently placed an order and only half the items were disptached.

I have tried using their automated form however it reports an error.
No contact number is available.

I am completely at a loose end - buyer beware!

I seem to be having so issue with other customizers. I still haven't received my order that I ordered on 28th June. Emailed twice and not reply . Will never by from them again if I don't get a reply today

Billabong offers free shipping to Canada which has been a great incentive for me to shop with them because it is very rare to find online stores with affordable or free shipping but unfortunately this perk comes with a cost. Billabong shipping is incredibly slow so if you’re in any rush to get your package, I wouldn’t order from them. They will send an email that your item has shipped when in reality it isn’t even handed over to the delivery company for at least another week. My Billabong packages always take a minimum of two weeks to get to me which is very slow considering they ship from within Canada. I have never had any other issues with my orders but I will say the quality has gone way downhill compared to what it used to be. I would say the quality of most garments is comparable to Forever21 which is why I usually only buy things on sale.
