Not much of a savings yet. Still hoping I'm not throwing my money away

Kip is very responsive and efficient. He always saves me significant $. I couldn't be happier with the service.

This is a scam and now I'm stuck paying for their lies for a year. This is how they make their money, obviously. I gave them my electric, cell and internet bills. I was told, "we can definitely save you money". The internet and phone wouldn't budge on their price. In fact, the lady handling my "savings" said that there was a $10 credit coming my way on the cell phone that was there already. Then they claimed it in the savings report as if they had done something. I personally called my internet company back a few days later and they lowered my bill for me. Bill advisor talked me into switching energy providers since, according to them, my current provider couldn't match the rate of the one they wanted to switch me to. I, foolishly, took the bait. I got cold feet and called my old provider and they beat the new providers rate without me having to haggle. Save your money. Call your providers yourself and ask. Bill Advisor is a HUGE ripoff.

Traci was prompt, good at followup. She needs to push Dish a little less, and become informed about Hulu and Sling.

Would have been 5 except I had an appointment scheduled with the energy consultant and he/she did not call. Had to follow up the net day and still no call. Savings come through in other areas as promised.

requested help from bill advisor with my sirrius xm renewal fee. i worked with tracy macari, and she promptly saved me a substantial amount over the quoted rate. very satisfied

Sidat has helped me tremendously save a lot of money. He's very kind, professional, easy to talk with, explains everything and very knowledgeable.
He didn't nag me when I was busy and forgot to send in my bills, he would just check on me and was very patient.

I'm extremely frugal and I always look for the lowest prices. I didn't think y'all would be able to lower my bills, but Sidat was very successful in doing that.

So far my experience with Billadvisor has at best been adequate. Monthly savings have been well below the advertised average. Besides the monthly charge there is a setup fee of $108. Annualized the savings will be very modest. Included with the service is an ID protection feature which is the reason I’m continuing to subscribe. Perhaps they will be able to reduce some of my other expenses once I’m no longer under existing contracts.

I’m very satisfied with my purchase of a Bill Advisor membership. I’d had been listening to the radio talk show hosts talk about them for months before I finally decided to try them. My personal advisor, David, has been great! He and the rest of the team have already saved me over $100 a month on just TWO bills so far and they aren’t even done yet going thru my monthly expenses. That’s definitely worth the $13 I pay a month for the membership!!

David Quintanilla was very helpful and I feel he did a great job.
