I was disappointed at first. I uploaded the 3 bills we qanted help with and nothing happened. Then a few days later we were contacted by a very nice and professional rep who explained how things would proceed and with a couple short hours she had saved us a little over $900 in 2 of the 3 services, and improved our agreements, as well! Very happy!

I have had several bad experiences with various Vendors, and since the first call, Cassie has made every experience amazing. She knows what true customer service is about. I have already recommended her to several family members and will continue to do so with friends. She has helped me resolve issues with my accounts I had no idea of. I've been working with Tracy Macari my Bill Advisor Representative. And she is one of the friendly and most helpful representatives that I have ever had the privilege of working with. She has done such a remarkable job lowering my TV, cell phone, House alarm, Satellite radio to name a few other bills. I would definitely recommend Bill Advisor. The work BillAdvisor completes generates savings for our customers over a 12 month period (sometimes longer), this is the reason we have a 12 month agreement where our customers agree to pay $12.99 per month during this 12-month period of time. All fees are fully refundable should we not be able to save our customers a minimum of $150 per year. I am pleased that we were able to save you over $1,300 on the 3-bills you submitted, this is why you were told you had a 12-month agreement. However, if for some reason you are not realizing these savings, we have a guarantee to call your providers to see why they are not honoring your new, negotiated rates. Furthermore, during your membership period, we can shop/negotiate any other bill that might come up for no additional charge. We welcome the opportunity to discuss this in greater detail with you.
