Psychological attack, devastating and have no understanding of the profession
Absolute worst. One man company, unprofessional, psychological sick, damaged two pieces of furniture, apartment wall and staircase of the building and refuse to pay any compensation.
The Iranian guy, after 10 minutes late, insisted that I gave the wrong address instead of reading his SMS. Upon arrival, he started to insult my nation. He was very bossy telling me what my friend and I what to do. The truck is dirty and disgusting. I was very worried by how he place my furniture in his truck. And he threw dirty carpet over my mattress after I asked him not to place my mattress on the ground. Without my permission, he pulled out my books from the closed transportation box and threw them on the ground to stabilize the furniture (Unbelievable). When I questioned him, he got crazy and shouted at me for a long drive. The damages, he claimed they were broken up front and they are cheap to fix. But not giving me any fixes. And he blamed me that not allowing him to bring his own man even though he told me only himself is available. You can't simply reason with such a person with mental issue. He stayed in my kitchen being very aggressive, shouting and banging on the table. I paid him the full price, however, I think I should have called the police instead. Such a company shall be simply closed down.
