Do not buy tickets via the app!
You can buy a train ticket for the next day via the jlt app but the ticket is only valid for two hours from the time of purchase. Which means you can effectively not use it at the intended time (next day).
When calling the customer service and asking them for a solution in goodwill, all you hear is you have accepted their T&Cs when you downloaded the app and they can't help you.
They should not make it possible to buy a ticket for any other timeframe than what it's valid for!
