BEWARE All they want is your ID. KYC You cannot delete account only disable when I tried to reactivate it to delete it they wanted my passport. IDENTITY THEFT FOR SURE

They want picture ID Address Social Security number. Then once you make a purchase after being verified, they lock you out and require pictures of licenses address, S,S and even a selfie of you holding your ID

The worst customer service I have ever dealt with. No phone system, and their email/support ticket system takes days to get back to you. I have sent them countless documents attempting to get verified for an account for over a month now and each time my documents are returned for ludicrous reasons. All this because their system doesnt recognize my name at my new address (new meaning 2 months old).

Binance.us withdrew $2k from my bank account and didn't deposit it to my Binance account. I raised seven queries and only got a response after 18 days. Their only response was "We'll have our payment provider look into this for you."

That was 10 days ago.

This is a joke. Never ever use this company to buy crypto.

Also, don't trust any of the reviews below giving you spammy emails to have someone get your money back. They're trying to scam you.

I lost my 2FA Code and contacted Binance to reset it. It's been over 3 weeks without anyone responding to my request. Absolutely abysmal service. Stay away from them.

The morning after I invested my money into this site, I was hacked and all of my money bitcoin was sold and the money moved to an account. I tried to get in contact with Binance, but they only have a chat with resolved nothing. 4 months have now passed and Im no close to recovering my money, largely because Binance takes no responsibilty for the hack, despite their security being to blame. I dont recommend Binance to anyone, given that the hacker was able to pass all security measures and take my money. Also, Binance have shown themselves to be altogether uninterested in my case, with very little to no follow up to my case. Disgraceful attitude!

First case: Faking....... I made an Etherum transfer from
Binance to Crypto.com. Apparently that money got stuck to blockchain, because crypto.com doesn`t support some kind of blockchains, only ERC20. I have not received any refunds.
Binance not answering to my recalls to this claim. I have tried to get any answer from them but zero. I don`t recommend unless you live in US, it is more familiar with their rules.
Second case: I made a transfer from Binance to Wise. Apparently Wise don` t accept crypto based unregulated firm`s transfers and they refunded it back where it came from. Wise refunded money and wrote it take 2-4 days to get money back to Binance`s account. It has been 9-days now and haven`t received refunding money. Binance is not answering to any of my written letters about this situation. Bad sad, bulls.it!

Be aware of your investment time frame and be prepared for severe delay in dealing with the binance.us customer service when they lock your account without proper justification. It is simply unacceptable for a financial company to treat customer's money with such disrespect.

BinanceUs just got a new CEO Brian Brooks. He is actually working on some issues starting with customer service. BinanceUs is one of the best platforms I have seen with so many things right but so many things wrong. It would be a wonderful platform if their US app and website worked. They have almost all of the features of their website and app turned off. For instance to delete one open order you have to delete them all. No profit and loss statements at all. No way to convert crypto dust to BNB coin. Alerts don't work. When the market goes down on a dip you can't make a deposit. And the list goes on and on. If they just turned the features on the app and website on.... It would be a wonderful and the best platform around. Oh and there is no way to contact them besides a ticket.

I tried to use this service, but once I finished the Identity Verification. I haven’t been able to add my debit card and haven’t been able to use the app. My bank says that the problem is not on their end, I have called my bank twice and spoken to different people. The app cannot/doesn’t accept my card, and there is no info on their website that could give me an answer. I emailed customer service a week ago and am still waiting on a reply.

C. NIGHTMARE GETTING YOUR MONEY BACK.
D. APP IS INTENTIONALLY SETUP TO TAKE YOUR MONEY AND INHIBIT YOUR WITHDRAWALS

Let's just start with the obvious, if i could give less than 1 star, I'm not exactly surprised most of the reviews here are bad.

I've been using Binance.us for about 6 months now (after waiting 6 weeks to even have my verification accepted) as a way to buy BNB when other options are more expensive by trading my BTC on their platform. Every single time i use binance as my way to transfer coins they magically find a way to make sure my funds can't be withdrawn, I sold BTC to USD, then bought bnb, i understand fiat deposits being locked but i genuinely can't see a reason to lock a withdrawal on a crypto sale, and if i had to take a wild guess i would say the btc i sold was instantly available for them should someone buy it. But alas, my money is still locked in binance. I absolutely would rather pay a slightly larger fee to make sure this company will get nothing but gas fees from me in the future. This is the last time i will ever use binance after i'm finally able to take my money and i highly recommend against it as my bad experiences have far outweighed the good.

After some digging i discovered entire subreddits, one being a binanceUSclassaction as well, and entire subreddit filled with customers having their money essentially stolen by binance.

Got pretty close to completing KYC, but during the last phase, I had to update my address via customer support since I moved. No progress for months.

I run multiple online social media networks for Bitcoin groups and we reach over 120 Million people per week; I had been promoting Binance.US, because I assumed they were going to be ethical and follow-through, However, I have contrary news, as I had been reviewing them, as well as others such as Coinbase, BitPay, even Cash App, and many other wallets or bitcoin providers.

I promoted them, while they haven't as much as followed through with a single request to fix my simple issue, and this has been ONE FULL YEAR That I have been trying to get verified.

That is right, I have taken all our Promotionals of Binance down, and get this, it is all because My Driver's lisense has my old address, while I moved two years ago, so it didn't match my bank statement. I have attempted to contact them numerous times and occassions, however they always say they are backed up, and I believe it...But this has been an entire year for a simple quick fix issue that a REAL HUMAN REPRESENTATION COULD Complete.

They refuse to help me, so I have finally given up, I had sent nearly 200$ into this account and probably will never be able to withdraw it, and Was using Wealthy Bots which attachs to them as AI BOT TRADER, and I spent 1000$ For their Credits, that now I will never be able to use, due to Binance not Verifying me.

It is really simple, I Can't be the ONLY Person who moved from their prior address, according to ID. I am who I say I am, and if Binance was a bit more professional I would have been verified over a year ago.

This is actually quite Unethical and pathetic to say the least, I would expect more from even a Scam Con Artist HYPP Company...

Say it isn't so, Binance you were suppose to represent the good nature and power of Bitcoin, this actually makes you guys look like gatekeeping shills that work for the Banking Industry and are set up pawns to make bitcoin look lazy, and inefficient or bad.

If that is the case you are doing a great job, as I noticed over 90% of your reviews are one star, so go figure.

I am going to make this my mission now to tell the world the reality about Binance, on all my social media networks..

The Least they could do is approve my information, but I have over 7 attempts with "FAILURE TO APPROVE ADDRESS"

My New Current address is accurate on my Bank statements, I don't need to renew my Driver's lisense for another two years, just because my ID has my old address, doesn't mean I live there anymore.

So this quick fix has taken over a year and not a single assistent has even tried to look at my Contact Tickets for the past month. So all I can do is give up, and take the 1200 dollar loss as a Lesson.

Make sure you get verified with the Company that is being API to your Bitcoin Trading Bot, otherwise you may get a unethical company such as Binance.Us who is too big to care about your money making ventures, which trust me I will have lost alot more time and money just because this crooked company didn't want to help me out at all.

At least I see I am not the only one, looks like at least 200 people or so Have had same or simimilar problems. Any normal company, even PAYPAL, the most sideways of all, would have been able to accept a call from a real human being and been able to fix the problem within the hour.

There is no one you can call, they are alawys backed up, and apparently you can wait an entire year and never get any help. This company won't last long, I can't beleive I PreAdvocated them for the past year and Brought many of my friends and familys on board with my Referral link. I will have to tell them to negate my review and maybe help "Buyer Beware" about such things.

I honestly don't think this company wants to stay in business long, do they even have a mission statement? Are they so low budget they have no professionals to help be representations for their cause?
I don't get it, I am very disappointed and had high aspirations that this company was as good as I had read about. Shows you can get any media to pay off and make you win an award or two.

My new review is over, I hope they may look at this and consider actually fixing my super simple issue and verify me, but showing how they don't even care about their customer's Tickets, I seriously doubt this will reach anyone.
It is as if a bunch of chaotic monkeys all works for Binance. I hope for their sake they change things around and do what is right, since they claim to have US in their name, it gives the United States a very bad name. At least change your name from that stance.
I suggest Coinbase or even Cashapp as they have professional reps that will get back with you very quick and handle your small issues to larger problems no questions asked. They also know the clients are always right, instead of this Elitist attitude, that "You are lucky if you get in" ideology. Which anyone who is approved, great job, not all of us can get verified Apparently

Beware of this company, i do not recommend to use it

Reached out weeks ago regarding the fact that their app didn't update my orders, so I made a trade thinking it was in the green, when in fact, it was red. Got an email about a week later, saying to let them know if I still needed help. Really? Responded that I did. It's been another week since. Nothing.

Created an account and no matter what I do they keep failing to verify my identity. You have a photo of my id, you see me on the camera, what's the problem? I have zero tolerance for this, you've wasted half an hour of my life, I want it back!

Experienced crypto trader here - Their US platform is difficult to navigate, hard to get approved, and once you do finally get approved to trade, they will LOCK your account. After locking your account, they will make you take silly videos of yourself holding hand written notes. During this time, your life savings can vanish if a crypto tanks on a pump / dump. Not to mention you won't have access to your money. (I honestly would look elsewhere unless they get their act together.)

Think of how much interest they can earn by holding customer funds even a WEEK longer than when you request them.
