I bought 40$ worth of crypto as an exciting long term investment. Logging on today after months and they say there is “no transfer history” and that I don’t own any crypto! So frustrating. My 40$ would be worth 100$ now!

Horrible there is absolutely no customer service I have reached out a dozen times and never heard back one time they will not answer you. There is no number to call only chat and they never answer. For a company that deals with money and they don't have a customer service number. Stay away do not put money in this company they were hacked and refused to give millions in lost money back to the people. I am a real person that got screwed using this company. The other reviews on here other than those trying to sell recovery services are real reviews they got screwed and locked out to...I've had a ticket with them for 20 hours now no response... I've responded more than 20 times without anything anything from them. They also use zendesk which has rating here that show how dedicated they accually are to customer service. Zendesk and binance make great partners scammers and theifs.

Useless and crap! always block the funds when you try to withdraw. never going back.

Be VERY ATTENTIVE to any orders placed with them. I placed a limit sell order and a minute later it sold at market. I dont think it was some glitch either and being that they havent responded to my inquiry on the matter it seems they're hoping I'll just brush it off and ignore it. As much as I oppose regulation its actions like this that these power abusers will exploit. After using other exchanges, this one and crypto.com(who will literally steal from you) are 100% untrustworthy. Kucoin is easily the best. F these predators...

If there was less zero I would give them, they wouldn't let me sign up and they ask for dangerous personal information via email, they don't give you confidence, you and your money will be exposed to fraud Warning Warning Warning . Never use it

At first it was good, but then support was replaced or something. I had .06 BTC in my wallet there, and other coins. I won't be surprised if they spent it. They wanted 240 dollars to unlock my account. I refused to pay it, so they may have spent it. A little over 3000 dollars. Gone.

Most incompetent crypto platform ever. I am a US expat living in Germany. I have a US bank with a US mailing address. I also have a German bank and a German mailing address. I tried to sign up for binance.com, but Binance.com doesn't understand what an expat is. I only have the option to upload a German ID to sign up for binance.com. I was told to sign up to binance.us. So I tried that. I uploaded a copy of my passport, I sent a most recent bank statment and these absolute brainlets rejected the bank statement, claiming it didn't access my POA. OF COURSE IT DIDN'T MATCH MY POINT OF ACCESS, I"M IN GERMANY MORON!!!!! These people are beyond stupid. So basically if you're even an expat, you can never sign up for a binance account. Then when you contact customer service, they have the same ridiculous scripted answer because the customer service is probably in India at some call center and has an IQ of 50. Dealing with their customer service is like dealing with the character's from idiocracy. Maybe we should give you people a keyboard with pictures on it!

Lot more options and smother running site without as many bug issues.
I have had issues with my kyc verification process for over 6 months now. Just want to close account now and never come back but need to get funds off but cant until they accept my data. Hung up on address verification to match my original kyc registration. I have moved 3 times in the last 5 years,used all addresses but keep getting address doesn't match.
Won't tell me anything specific besides doesn't match or doesn't comply. Trying now to reset the whole process and start the registration from the beginning.

Customer support is farmed out and you can't talk to anyone. So you have to send emails back and forth and then they just send you general website rules which you can find already on there site. So major Suck A.

The app is crap. The original is so much better. I don't understand how they screwed up this one so much. First of all the lag time costs people money. Second of all assets are locked to the platform for ten days 10 days 10DAYS after a bank transfer. That is Ludacris. Coinbase let's you transfer funds immediately after deposit. I won't be using binance anymore after I get my freaking money off of the platform. I needed those coins to buy an nft I wanted. Thanks binance. You screwed me and I'm sure countless more people by being greedy A holes. You basically have my entire identity and the money is coming from a bank account how the hell could I possibly commit fraud. It's moronical

biance us should be introduced investgation of this company. I have been waiting for a week for money from the deposit. this is a pile of thieves.

Don’t sign up with Binance.US. Many say great trading platform but the customer support is so poor that when you have an issue you will never get it resolved. I wish more people would point this out on social media, especially YouTube.

I would give them a zero if I could. Absolutely no response from support.

I dont find BINANCE the parent of BINANCE US so I take a shot at the US version. Nobody really knows where these companies are and they have been called criminals by well known crypto personalities on YOUTUBE. It is not possible to get any service from a human, all you get is a bot telling you what to read. BIINANCE misplaced some of my money in March, I have not had any response from them. I even approached their South Africa Bank and I was stonewalled. The have the best exchange but more and more people are refusing to deal with them. They smell.

No support. Sent money from Binance to Binance smart chain wallet and it has never gotten there.
Have tried to get in touch several times with binance but I can only apply without having the option to say anything. They say I have to get in touch with the receiving company WHICH IS BINANCE!! This Company is a bad joke

I cannot reach them for assistance. I cannot withdraw my money.

Appalling customer service. Sent several appeals for help after a third party (Finetero Trading Ltd) defrauded me of life savings (over £50k). Not once have they got in touch. Binance have the digital trace to locate the account the money was transferred to, but they aren't in the least bit interested in helping.

The measure of a company relates to how responsible it is. Looking after the needs and welfare of clients is paramount on this scale of responsibility. Their website does all it can to make it nigh-on impossible to share woes. They MUST appoint personnel and have them come to the rescue of victims such as myself. During this pandemic, crypto-currency fraud has gone through the roof, creating hardship and misery to the innocent. No-one seems to care, and especially Binance.

Will this feedback elicit a genuine desire by Binance to help me get my money back? I am so upset and angry because I don't expect them to take the slightest bit of interest!

I have been locked out of my account for months for no reason and they will not respond to me!!!! All my money is locked in and they won't give it to me and they stole crypto I bought and they never put it in my wallet!!! This place is a scam!!! US customers use coinbase or crypto.com

Sent all IDs and pending verification over a month....scam or definitely not managed properly.
