They took my money and have ignored my requests for a refund. Don’t trust this bunch and don’t buy anything from them. I’d give no starts if I could.

Shocking response. Bike arrived damaged in post, not usable, brake lever arrived snapped off and gear assembly does not work. Contacted Gogroopie also dreadful response to requesting spare parts, so have asked for a full refund, again no response. DO NOT USE EITHER COMPANY!

I o4der a folding mountain bike. It should arrived on the 24th January.i emailed them to ask where is was. They said they having trouble with corriers. I still waiting .

Absolutely diabolical, awful customer service, didn't receive the goods I purchased, do not use them. Ordered a spinning bike from them via wowcher, no reply to emails, Wowcher also awful, never will I use them again

Bought a spinning bike from this company via wowcher. Bike did not arrive on arranged delivery date, I emailed them and they stated to give it 3-4 more days for dispatch. Another week passed and still no bike. No reply to my or wowcher emails. Wowcher also very unhelpful. Avoid this company and wowcher at all costs.

Never ever use this company they are disgusting, please be believe me don't get sucked in by there cheap prices I found out to my cost there a reason for that.

Terrible experience! I received a spin bike with the washers and some screws missing !
The box arrived damaged and holes in the bottom.
They have sent a bag of replacements screws etc but i still don't have the right number of washers.
Sent numerus emails and keep having to chase
3 weeks later and my bike is still not put together.
I will do my homework next time before ordering off Wowcher

Exceptionally bad to deal with.take them forever to respond to an email. Promises of a full refund only for it to be lie after lie. This is a truly disgraceful company with dreadful directors who details I have off companies house for court papers to be issued to.

Please do NOT use this company. Ordered a treadmill through Wowcher and it's faulty. Not only did it take them 3 weeks to respond, bingbangbosh are refusing to collect it so I cannot get a refund. The treadmill belt slips and I seriously damaged my shoulder as I slipped. They are demanding a video of the belt slipping, which I cannot do due to the injury and the treadmill being not fit for purpose and unsafe to use. Utterly disgusted with this company and the way I've been treated. I'm stuck with an unusable machine and I'm £229 out of pocket.

Worst company to deal with it. I have purchased a indoor bicycle( arrived damaged) over a month and still didn’t get any emails for the collection.

Someone else has said they spoke to the company director on the phone. Sorry but can’t believe that as there’s no way to contact them by phone. They promised a useless credit of £20 for a damaged, scratched and broken bike and despite chasing fir this many many times they just ignore all my emails now. I’m afraid this is going to be a matter for Watchdog now as all efforts to contact them are proving fruitless and all emails being ignored.
Please DO AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Bought a spinning bike from this company and what a bad idea that was. Firstly the pedal arm fell off. Then the LCD screen stopped working and now the belt has snapped and a securing bolt. The bike is now useless and all this in less than a month. Tried to get a refund but no response. Consumer rights act 2005 obviously doesn't apply to this sham of a company. Avoid at all costs....

I was naturally concerned when I saw the other reviews on here. Spoke to the company director on the phone. He was genuine and polite. Advised me on Friday that my treadmill would be with me by Tuesday(today) - my treadmill has arrived on time as promised. No damage to the product. It's not a high tech or all singing and dancing treadmill but you get what you pay for. - Delivered well and efficiently by Tuffnells. Thanks to all involved! A happy customer.

Bought a spin bike from Wowcher. Arrived totally smashed up. They did send a replacement but this had bits missing and the bottom bracket bearing is broken so it makes terrible noises... basically useless.

The bike pictures of this Hurricane X2 bike on Wowcher are also NOT the same as the one I got sent. The one I have is basically the X1 but they have stuck a load of fake stickers on it to make it say X2. Its not that model whatsoever.

Got my money back via PayPal except for the £20 postage charge.... avoid avoid avoid...hopefully they will be on Watchdog with all these terrible reviews.

Absolutely terrible.
I received my treadmill on the 15/01/22 it was broken took forever to sort out so after a lot of discussion I gave them the benefit of the doubt and excepted a replacement but guess what that was broken and here I am on 28/3/22 3 months later fighting the same fight for my money back.

If I could give minus stars I would!

I redeemed a wowcher offer, cancelled the very next day after seeing these reviews and the merchant accepted the cancellation.

Spent three weeks being told a refund had been processed and the issue was at my end. No accountability. Non-existent customer service. They claimed the refund was processed, the issue was at my bank which was impossible as I’d paid via PayPal via Wowcher.

Awful, stressful experience but long behold my PayPal dispute got me my well awaited refund. If you’re ordering from this company make sure you use a credit card or PayPal because you’ll need a chargeback method!!!

Please take note and stay well away from this company, I purchased a Hurricane Chuck X2 and it did not have the correct monitor which I needed for health issues. I spent 1year trying to resolve this and asking for their returns procedure which I never received despite numerous requests they offered a small refund which they reduced then when supplying card details three times they still never paid anything. They will answer emails with a different name each time as if they are active to help but be aware this is not a reputable business and if you have any issues they will not assist in resolving. If you think the cost is cheap there is a reason for this. I never got to use this exercise bike which I paid around £160 I donated it to a local charity shop. I would never purchase from this business again please be aware…. Avoid avoid avoid

Over 24hr no order/shipment update, I have emailed the customer service no response, how long does it take payment to be confirmed? Please I want to cancel my order for full refund. Company hasn’t got good reputation.
It’s disturbing businesses without integrity manage to operate in the UK and get away.
