I assembled a bicycle today which was supplied by bingbangbosh (via Wowcher) and was shocked that it DID NOT meet the safety standard required by law in the UK. It was of very poor quality and I believe could suffer a critical failure from it's very first use. If you have bought a new bicycle from them (or anyone) please check that it has a sticker on it carrying either the British safety mark number BS6102/2 or a European/international safety mark number which will start with either 'EN' or 'ISO'. If no safety mark is present, DO NOT USE IT! A bicycle that has not undergone a safety test could result in serious injury or worse without warning.

Only wished I had checked these reviews out before ordering, would of saved me a lot of stress !
Ordered an exercise bike via Wowcher, arrived quickly but was damaged quite badly, metal section connecting the seat to the frame was so badly damaged out of shape it wouldn't fit into the frame, wheel was cracked and handle bars wobbly.
Immediately emailed Co with photos, and quick response offering me part refund. Requested full refund and that's when it became difficult, despite the obvious faults they wanted me to pay £40 non refundable to cover the courier !! I let Wowcher know via Facebook too.
No way was I going to pay £40 to have a faulty bike returned, they supplied the faulty bike and they should pay. This went on for a while and they weren't going to budge and emails back and forward getting no where.
Got in touch with Wowcher again and they were brilliant, they confirmed to the Co it is their responsibility to pay the return costs as it was a damaged and unless they arranged pick up I would be refunded whilst still in possession of the bike.
Received a full refund including delivery cost and still have the bike which they don't seem to be in any rush to collect.

If I could give 0 I would. Worst company I've ever dealt with. Via wowcher bought a bike and had no manual. Chased and chased and was promised numerous times it would be sent. Never appeared. AVOID AVOID

I'm absolutely gutted that I didn't read the reviews before purchasing a bike from these 🧱 apparently a small partial refund so I can fix it myself is an acceptable offer🤬, but pretty much like everyone else is saying,stay as far away as possible from this sham of a business they just rip you off and woucher who i can only assume are in cahoots with them don't want to know either, but we'll see what trading standards and the ombudsman say on the matter. Here's to you who read the reviews and don't order from them 👏...

Awful company we have been waiting 3 months for a refund do not purchase they sell through other companies such as Wish so be aware

We successfully secured a CCJ against this company after they ripped us off via Wowcher who were entirely complicit (and are still complicit) in their sale of counterfeit goods.

I received a exercise bike when putting together there was a crack in the arm for the pedal broken plastic inserts to hold handle bars and pedal keep fall off due to wrong threading absolute disgraceful and once more no contact number or any reply via email which means they are breaking contracts of returns by nor replying I am going to seek legal advice

I purchased a bike as a gift at Christmas through wowcher and the bike is faulty. I have been emailing back and forth to no avail
They offered me £20 to fix it mysel!? Which I advised is not good enough. I want a new bike or full refund. I have combined to chase this and am still no further forward.
The next step is a claim through the court.
If less than one star was an option, that's what I'd be giving. This is a scam. Do not waste your money

This is the second time I have posted a review on these crooks. My wife has been trying to get her money back since January for a folding bike that had to returned as it was so poorly built it was dangerous.. It was ordered through Woucher who in my opinion should be sorting this scam out but they don’t want to know. Another bunch of crooks! The next step is court as these scum need to pay every customer their money back money. They don’t answer emails or the phone. Please don’t waste your money and time with these people.
I would like to get a combined complaint with everyone that’s been ripped off by this company but I’m not sure how to go about it.

What can I say I ordered the spin bike in January via wowcher.
No problems and received bike very quickly.

Assembled the bike and parts started to come off, fall apart and the monitor did not work.
I Emailed.. BING BANG BOSH... that's when It started to all go downhill.
They replied no problem to emails and even sent out the new parts, but not a new monitor.
On numerous emails back and forth they said some excuse of not being able to receive parts due to the "pandemic"..I asked for a full refund. I was then told I can have PART refund.. I refused and said "the bike is not fit for purpose". I was told to down load a returns form then send £40 into this "bank account" ALARM BELLS ARE NOW GOING OFF.
DO NOT DO THIS AT ALL!!!!
I queried the £40 return as it only cost £20 to send to the same address??? the reply was "that's what it is.

I kept all correspondence emails photos etc and I escalated this first to wowcher who do tell you to go through bing bang bosh.. I then escalated to paypal, had to send the bike back to wowcher address and I have received a full refund this morning.

They are not worth 1 star but I had to give that to write a review.
Personally I think wowcher should pull out of dealing with this company.

If I could give zero star I would ordered spin bike through Wowcher all was ok for a week then it started falling apart peddle has completely come away there is no thread to hold it on crank is stuck won’t go round , could have resulted in a serious injury mid spin dangerous product

Probably the worst company I’ve ever used.

Bought their exercise bike from Wowcher, speedy delivery but not as described and too small to use. Gained a returns address to which the delivery company can’t find. 3-4 delivery attempts whilst in comms with the company but very unwilling to help me. Luckily paid through Paypal and Wowcher have agreed to take return of the item along with a refund. Still at an £80 loss due to returns charges.

AVOID THIS COMPANY.

Do not buy anything from this company, they’re a scam and will try their best to rip you off. I bought a spin bike through Groupon, this turned up (clearly having been returned previously) the frame and wheels were covered in scuffs and scratches and once I put the bike together, it became apparent why this had previously been returned with the pedal mechanism broken and dangerous.

I contacted Groupon, who passed my details onto the supplier to arrange collection. I received an email from Bing Bang Bosh, who requested I pay them £40 for collection of the item (and that I send them a picture of my bank account as proof of payment - raising alarm bells as this is far from standard practice/professional). I challenged this due to the reason the item was being returned (faulty AND damaged) and they still continued to demand payment.

At this point I looked into my legal rights and the Consumer Rights Act 2015 confirms that the customer is not required to pay for collection and this should be covered by the supplier. I put this to Bing Bang Bosh, who still refused to cover this charge, they were rude, arrogant and far from professional. I was getting nowhere with these cowboys and decided to go back to Groupon, who were fantastic and luckily resolved the issue for me in the way that Bing Bang Bosh should have.

I wanted to write this review to warn and hopefully prevent others from going through an ordeal like this with this sham of a company. Do not fall foul to their illegal ways and DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.

Ordered an exercise bike from this company through Wowcher and the box was completely damaged and there were missing parts to the product. I have been going back and forth with them for 2 weeks and they have not rectified their mistakes.

Too many broken promises and they did not make this a priority either and until now I cannot use the product I paid hard-earned money for don't even bother with them.

I purchased Billna A6 pro runner treadmill via Wowcher. The treadmill arrived two days after order placed. The treadmill appears to be up to the job. 5'6" tall, 11st, able to run at 10kph for 30 mins seemed to be well in capabilities of this machine.
The model was not as picture or described. There was no monitor but a much smaller display flat on the centre of the handle which did not display all info as per monitor but scrolls every 5 secs seed, time distance, calories. The top speed is 10kph. The running surface area is 110cm X 40cm. There is a tablet stand with a connecting jack plug. On machine says read manual to connect but nothing mentioned in manual. Also to fold have to unscrew bolt from each side. SUmmary about value for price paid but disappointing not as picture and description.

FOR YOUR OWN SANITY PLEASE DO NOT GO NEAR THIS SHAM COMPANY.

My nightmare started on the 10th November 2020, I thought I was buying an exercise bike from a company by the name of Living Social, unknown to me at the time Living Social is sister company to GROUPON! who I've dealt with in the past, also at the point of purchase I had no idea that instead of an exercise bike I'd actually purchased a voucher for another company called Wowcher with whom then I had to redeem it with another company by the name of BING BANG BOSH to get my bike! If all of that wasn't bad enough I soon realised there was far worse to come.
See below part of a Email sent to Trading Standards & BBC's Rip of Britain:

It's been going since early November, after chasing them about delivery, first they told me it was lost by the courier company, but when I spoke to the courier, I was told they had not had a parcel from the company and the tracking number was not theirs but a fake, that was the first of 2 fake tracking numbers I was sent, I queried it with Bing Bang Bosh who then told me it had been out of stock, but did not mention their 2 fake tracking numbers! I was promised an upgrade to compensate me for the problems I was having. however when it eventually arrived it was far from being an upgrade! it was also damaged and all the directions were in Chinese! I've been chasing this refund for over 2 months but just keep getting nowhere, just more lies and stalling tactics.

That is just part of one email in total it took me over 80 emails to finally get a full refund 3 months after they agreed to pay me, only got that because of Pay Pal resolution centre, Trading Standards, and Martin Lewis's Resolver help line. Many thanks to all.

I can honestly say that this has to be one of the worst buying experiences ever!
I purchased a spin bike through Wowcher with it arriving eventually after 3 weeks.
Once we attempted to put it together we soon realised that not only was it the WRONG model but there were vital pieces missing along with damage to the frame.
I made them aware of the issues immediately and waited for a response. When this came there was no recognition that they had sent the wrong item or that it was completely unusable as the main adjuster knobs were missing. They instead offered me a £50 refund to keep it!
Err I dont think so - thankyou and I requested collection of the item initially with a request for replacement with the correct item however I soon realised that it would be in my better interest to request a full refund. To cut a long and boring story short - it has taken weeks and weeks of their poor communication, being passed from pillar to post to stall the payment of a refund. I would urge anyone to WALK AWAY form ever dealing with this company!! If only I had read the reviews before I made my purchase you wouldnt have seen my money for dust! I am unable to give a zero star rating as this is really only what this firm deserves!
So, to clarify: terrible sub standard products, terrible company that shouldnt be allowed to trade! BUYER BEWARE!!

This company is BIG Scam!! Last year December I bought the A6 multi foldable treadmill on Gogroopie website and claimed a voucher to be delivered through Bing Bang Bosh, they sent me an email at some point saying the supplier mistakenly sent the A6 basic and i replied saying i wanted exactly what i ordered for. They replied ok, and got back to me again after a while saying oh there has been a delay in logistics, shipping etc that if i could wait till 1st week February, they will send me an email of delivery etc.

On their website the land number to contact always diverts to a mobile phone so i try communicating with them via whatsapp as they advised. Till now, that person on whatsapp only responded twice very shabbily and i have sent uncountable messages with no response. Last i got was just a line response saying Thursday or Monday i should get my delivery. A delivery coming in Thursday or Monday with no follow up email of the delivery and tracking number? This is a BIG fraud i will say!!!

I am going to try to get in touch with paypal for a refund and am hoping its not going to be another stressful one. I have learnt my lessons, please be watchful of this dubious company. They are Fraudsters!!

Please never buy from this company plus wowcher are fraudes and scammers together with iStarz ltd. I order my bike sismos 24th of November I never received and they didn’t have my money back either. Contact them said doing an investigation more than a month. Please be alert...
