Worst company, total lies on return policy. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

I bought a treadmill via a wowcher deal, the treadmill arrived broken causing me to cut my hand 3 times on it where it was smashed. I contacted asking to return for an exchange to one not broken. I was told 'ticket under queue after 4 days I emailed back asking how long it would take and they requested pictures of, the returns form, pictures of inside and outside the box to ensure it was packed properly. And said if the label was in the box they would refuse the refund it has to be taped to the side. I did all of this and sent pictures, they have now ignored me for over 2 weeks refusing to accept the return even though they have a 30 day guarantee promise. I have contacted wowcher who emailed the merchant to no response yet again. I have escalated a claim to PayPal who have taken 1 week to get back to me saying they will offer a refund if returned to wowcher. However I have to pay my own return and at £70 to return it I am not best pleased!! I will be contacting PayPal today to sort out collection as I am not paying £70 to return a product that was delivered to me broken! Absolutely scandalous! Do not ever purchase anything from this company, I am not £300 out of pocket and the stress it has caused is unreal. There whole page is a lie stating they care about customers ect!! I would give negative stars but I can't. I always like to give people a chance but please do not buy from these, save your time and money!!

Company is a Scam......Faulty spin bike....took 2 months and paypal to get refund.....not refunding return postage against consumer rights....dead emails and Unlawfull time frames in which to act....wowcher...bingbangbosh....istars all play golf together and hatch these Conman rules.....They all need Shutting down and investigating.....i will be seeking advice about these Conmen.

I ordered a spin bike via Wowcher however it never arrived. I contacted on many occasions and would be given a new delivery date, then I read the reviews and decided to cancel. That’s when the correspondence stopped from them. It took over 2 months and daily emails and sometimes I emailed them twice a day, also I messaged Wowcher on WhatsApp and finally I received my refund. They did however keep the £20 delivery fee which I questioned and was told because I cancelled they were not at Liberty to refund me this. I explained to Wowcher that my contract had been broken the moment they did not deliver on said days and that I would be contacting the ombudsman and trading standards. They then offered offered me a £20 credit to spend “as a good will gesture” as bing bang bosh had not sent the refund money, which is laughable as it was my money, however after all the trouble I had just trying to get an email reply from bing bang bosh I excepted the credit and bought myself some new pillows. All I would say is keep on at them and hopefully you will get somewhere In The end although I know it is frustrating. I will not be using either company again.

I purchased a treadmill via Wowcher, however when it arrived and switched on it made a loud knocking noise. I have tried to contact them 4 times, however they are not responding to emails and there are no contact phone numbers available to try and call them.

If I could give 0 I would the worst company I have ever been I contact with, gave me a faulty bike and expect me to give them 40 pounds non refundable so they can come and get it before I get my refund even though its their fault .... disgusted in the customer service never experience such a bad company in my life they are the worst don't bother

Costs. Really wish I’d read the reviews first. Ordered a treadmill 27th December. After constantly chasing this order I am now told it won’t be here until mid February. I’ve asked for refund and I’m now having to chase that! Customer service is shocking. AVOID AVOID AVOID

I have read so many bad reviews but I can say say hand on heart Mo from Bing bang bosh couldn’t have been more helpful I would buy any product through them , any problem has been with the company we buy from like go groupie honestly bing bang bosh have tried their absolute hardest and have been in constant contact with me regarding my treadmill so please be careful but I can say bing bang bosh are a wonderful company who have been there gor me from my first email Jen Acaster

We ordered through Wowcher. Which offers no further protection from this scam.

We ordered a spin bike model X3 and received a different model to which I ordered, the item is poor poor quality and defective, 3 main features are broken upon delivery.
I have tried to contact BingBangBosh but they are not responsive or interested in the slightest. The responses - well if you can call them that - we have had from their 'customer services' representative are just rude and there is no customer service to be seen anywhere.
No way is this bike worth £349, and it's definitely not worth £140. So after nearly a month of waiting for them to bother to contact us, they have said we can have a replacement or return the bike for a fee of £40 - How is that fair?
Literally, do not waste your time money or effort with this cowboy company, Wowcher need to stop letting them sell through them as they are just ripping people off, I wish I had seen these reviews before purchasing.

I ordered a treadmill that came damaged and not as described so I requested a refund and collection of the item via their customer service with photographic evidence. To be fair I had a response fairly quickly, they would give me a discount and I keep the machine, or they will exchange it , which I declined both and requested a return and refund. They proceeded to tell me it was fine but I have to pay £40 for return collection which I politely refused and advised that as the item was damaged and not as described its actually at their cost for delivery and return so I expect a full refund.

I have also asked if they are aware of the Consumer rights act and if its their standard policy to try and scam return costs from customers.... no response! I just hope no one falls for it!

Im currently awaiting the collection of the item, luckily I have paid through Paypal so Im protected but im not holding out hope for a quick turn around :(

8 weeks has now past and the heep of junk they passed off as an exercise bike has still not been picked up even after 25 emails to them and woucher. Their returns policy asking for £40 to return faulty goods has proved to be illegal. I would suggest getting in touch with trading standards about this. Woucher are as much to blame for advertising companies that have no morals at all. Avoid at all costs

After reading the reviews I thought theres no point in writing mine as everyone else here has had the exact same experience as me. No bike after the due arrival date. Emailed for an update to be told the bike is out of stock and they can upgrade if I pay £40 via bank transfer (FAT CHANCE, NEXT CALLER) anyway complained to wowcher and awaiting on a response but if all else fails I paid through PayPal so both companies can do one. like everyone has said honestly just don't order from them its not worth it and will just cause hassle getting your money back. I wish I could attach a picture to show the email response I received but it said.

Do not use, customer service is appalling.
Received a faulty product so contacted them to arrange a replacement part and never received it. ‘Customer service’ no longer responds to mail or messages so a complete waste of money!

Bought a spin bike through Wowcher, it came damaged and ive contacted both Wowcher who are extremly unhelpful and Bing Bang Bosh 20 times to be ignored. AVOID BOTH COMPANIES !

Hurricane x3 pro spin bike. Bought from bishbangbish through wowcher. Arrived damaged, many broken parts, dented frame, cheaper version to picture. Bought for son for son for Christmas. No response to emails , until I complained to PayPal. Nearly 1 month later and have now been told to return for refund but we are to pay for courier. Surely it should be they send a courier to collect it from us at their cost? Going to ring PayPal and credit card provider to complain. I canf wait another month for their response to my email.

Appalling customer service! Asked for a refund after the delivery was delayed 3 time. IT would seem ive dodged a bullet after reading some of the reviews of the equipment that has actually showed up. After finally getting a reply following many attempts, I was promised a refund on the 10th of December and still haven't received it today on the 5th January. A word to the wise, speak to Wowcher customer services, decline the account credit they offer and they have now told me i will get a refund in full in 5 working days.

I used Wowcher for the first time to order the A6 treadmill and I wish I hadn’t. I have still not received it and when I challenge them I just get fobbed off with lies.
I have demanded my money back and now they are ignoring me. Disgrace of a company DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!!!!!

Ordered a Treadmill using a GoGroopie voucher. Emailed the company and sent them a WhatsApp message. No reply. Then saw all the online reviews. So emailed them again copying in GoGroopie and told them to cancel my order and refund me. After chasing a few times without any reply the treadmill turned up a week ago without any notice of dispatch or delivery. I refused it at the door and told the courier to take it back. Been chasing every day both GoGroopie and Bingbangbosh by email for a refund but still no response. I will now have to use my credit card claim back to get my money back as clearly both GoGroopie and Bingbangbosh are crooks who never answer your messages. Avoid them both.
