To add to all of the wonderful comments …Thank you very much!!!***** Hello, begin with, I have given a review prior to this one when I first joined Bingo Billy which was about 3 months ago. The review was a 5 star because that’s what I felt then. And for about another month after that. Now, going on to my 3rd month, I will give my review of the pros and cons, in my opinion, of the site. I enjoy the small rewards one gets for being the highest depositor of the am and pm although I think it would be fair to see the calculations. Also, I enjoy the raffles but would like to see the calculations. I think that it should be shown on how someone wins a raffle. And for the calculations for the 100,000 dollar, every weekend in August, calculations. I am sure that they are not correct because I added all of my highest wins, of an entire day, on a weekend, and they did not add up. It was really disappointing to see. Keep in mind that I have spent over 1500 dollars on this site playing bingo and slots(probably more than that). And for the bingo games, I see the same people winning over and over and over again. Is there a trick to the bingo cards? To be fair, I have won lots on both by looking at my numbers going up and down and back up again. But, yes there is a but, I have not won an actual dime except what is shown on the screen. Meaning that I have not ever been able to cash out. I have wagered exactly what was supposed to be wagered over and over again. Every time I try to cash out the system will not let me. And then when I email or instant chat, no one can give me a straight answer. Another thing, it says that one can cash out with Bitcoin. I took the time to setup an account to make it easier for the Bingo Billy site but when I inquired about it no one knows what I’m talking about or ignores that I brought it up. And for the gift cards I get different responses of what the rules are for those. Another thought, if I can get a gift card through PayPal or pay through Bitcoin then I should be able to be paid what I have been owed, several times, through PayPal or Bitcoin. Just take a look at my wagers and not being paid what I have actually won. I just don’t think it is fair that one can spend all of the money that I have, and be all excited that I have won what I thought I did, several times and not be able to reap the rewards. Bingo Billy I hope you see this message. And I see a lot of great responses here but I am confused what happened on my account. I hope this can be fixed for everyone that spends a lot of money on this site.

Hi Jamie, Thanks for taking the time to review our site. Let me break it down so that we can go issue by issue. I also make myself available for a call in case you want to discuss further. Details at the end.
Issue #1: The $100,000.00 Weekend Tournament. The Tournament is a Network Tourney meaning all members from all network sites compete. The system will take your 30 highest wins of the day, add them up and then compare to the 30 highest wins of any other competitor and that's how you place on the ranking. It's not based on ALL wins of the day but the highest 30. If you want me to check your stats on a specific day of previous weekend pls let me know and we'll do so. You can also download your reports but I can definitely help you here. A deposit that day must have been placed and it starts tracking from the moment you made the deposit. That's another thing.
Issue #2: Repeat Winners on Bingo. This is a complain across ALL Bingo sites and it's a perception issue because you do not see how much that people have lost, how many cards they have bought so we usually go case by case taking the winning percentage as a valid reference and not how many times someone yells Bingo. My tips to anyone that want to increase their chances of winning are: 1. Play on the Private Rooms. Bingo Billy have created private rooms where less people play. Less People means more chances of winning. 2. Look to pre-buy on hours where less people play to increase chances of winning, this is in regular rooms or private rooms for Monthly depositors. 3. Use the NEW Cards feature to pick your cards and don't always let the system pick your cards.
Issue #4: Cash out. As far as I can see you have been able to cash out however you have chose to continue playing. We cannot make anyone cash out as we cannot make anyone win or lose. There are many members that win and decide to play as they just like to hang in the rooms or just keep entertained spinning. You need to set your own goals and go for it. We cannot be held responsible for this. We process payouts Monday to Thursday and every day we have people taking money out. As long as they have fulfilled the wagering and have the KYC in place, we make the experience super happy as people get checks (for instance) within days. I also checked the support chats and all your questions have been answered properly. If you tried to cash out at some point and the system didn't let you is because of the wagering but I can see that at some points you have surpassed the wagering and you have kept playing. If you want me to check a specific day you were in Live help and a specific agent didn't give you a clear answer let me know and I'll gladly check for you as we praise on our service and you deserve to get the right answer 100% of the time.
Issue #4 Bitcoin Payouts. Under our terms and conditions which every member must have agreed to read and follow before they can register we state Who’s eligible to withdraw funds via Bitcoin:
» Only members that are using Bitcoin at least 100% of the time to deposit are eligible to use this option. A member that has used other options to deposit can start using BTC as main option and after sometime (minimum 6 months using BTC to deposit) can be considered a BTC depositor.
I am a Bitcoin fan and I use it to pay in stores and anywhere that is allowed. That's why I call it: Manager's Option (to deposit and withdrawal) so my advice to you is to start using it to deposit 1-100% of the time, so that you can start being able to get your payouts there. Here you mention you are being ignored on inquires about this but it's not what I see on the backend, so please send me the day of the interaction and what rep ignore you as a case cannot be closed unless there is a resolution and all your cases are closed. I'll gladly check again as you deserve the best service.

The site manager isn’t just someone who runs things — she’s become a true friend. She genuinely cares about every single player, not just a select few, and it shows. We all absolutely love her!
