There right when I needed it!
I knew about Bio-D products from the little farm shop where I work and have found them very good. However the shop shuts for a couple of months during the winter so I thought I would try ordering direct online for this period. I couldn't be more impressed with the speed of the delivery, given we've had serious weather problems up in this part of Scotland. Couldn't have timed it better as I'd just run out of the washing up liquid and was concerned I might have to get an inferior product as a stop gap from the nearest convenience shop!

Fantastic company. There’s no company like bio d in their space. None come close. They meet exceptionally high standards in low toxicity and sustainability while their products being BETTER QUALITY than the harsh chemicals you get in the supermarket. Plus, they’re reasonably priced too. Seriously impressive.

Great range of environmentally friendly products
Bio-D offer a wide range of household products that are free of harmful ingredients, most of which are available in either fragranced or un-fragranced options. Also,as we have a small holiday cottage we I really appreciate that their bathroom and kitchen cleaning and washing fluids are available in 5 litre containers from which I can refill small bottles. Their prices are significantly lower than many of their competitors, and their service is excellent. Highly recommended.

Worth every penny
I’d done research before hand as what is the best for the environment and felt this brand it to be the best option. I love the scents, it cleans the dishes really well, doesn’t feel chemically and it’s good for your skin.

Fully Biodegradable Dishwasher Tablets
We came across Bio D dishwasher tablets at our local refill shop (sadly no longer in business) and have always found them effective. They claim to be fully biodegradable, including the outer plastic coating, which many tablets don't. We now purchase them online and I believe it is worth it to keep microplastics in the environment to a minimum.

Love your products
I have purchased quite a few of your products and love them. The only thing I would say is that the laundry cleaner doesn't get the whites clean. After using for a coupleof months grey patches appeared under the arms and I had to through some clothes away.Even using the laundry bleach it doesn't get them white.

Products arrived late
Initially unable to review as products not received.
Ordered on the 22nd on 24 hour deliver and still not received on the 27th. I’ll
29th - received a call from Gareth today updating me on the order. Should be arriving tomorrow now. Gareth helpful and polite.
30th - Delivery arrived.
Will give Bio-D the benefit of the doubt, that it was due to Christmas delivery and issues with Parcelforce.
Regular communication to check everything had arrived in the end.

Consistently Good Products!
Great company, great products. I have been using them for over twenty years and they are still reliable. The fragrance-free laundry liquid is a life-saver as most laundry products make me - and my sensitive dog - itch! He stopped scratching at night after I washed all his bedding in fragrance-free Bio-D. Result!
We also use the household cleaning products. The mandarin spray smells great, as does the pine and cedarwood bathroom spray. The Multi Surface Cleaner is excellent at removing scum from the shower/bath, and the lime hand wash has a really fresh scent. I'm less keen on the plum and mulberry, which smells a little artificial for my taste (even though the products do not contain anything artificial), but it's good that there's a range of scents to choose from and that they're not loaded with synthetic perfumes, which can irritate skin.
The minimum purchase threshold for free delivery is high - that is the only down side to ordering directly from Bio-D. But if you can time it right to stock up on all your products at once, that's when you can make a real saving. With the possible exception of the dishwasher tablets, which are a bit more expensive, everything else becomes very good value for money. I'm impressed that this company hasn't done what most others have done and hiked up its prices across the board. Nor have they compromised on quality or shrunk the size of the products.

The Limescale remover is better than other eco brands that I've tried. I buy all BioD products in 5ltr bottles as it's more economic and I'm getting through less plastic.
