What started out as a random pop-up advert on FakeBook (not a typo), turned out to be one of the best customer services.
Whilst browsing on FakeBook, a advert from Bio Fireplace Group popped up. I took a look at the ad and was curious how it worked especially as I don't have a chimney.
After spending a few minutes looking for the information, I decided to email my query instead. As the time was almost 18:30ish I didn't expect a reply that evening.
Casper responded almost immediately answering all my questions.
I replied back to inform Casper, I need to discuss this with my wife who was working late that day.
The Atlanta was on offer but the offer was going to expire the very day- Cyber monday.
Having explained to Casper that I need to discuss this with my wife especially as weren't looking for a fireplace in the first place.
Casper understood my situation and agreed to j hold the price until I discussed this with my wife.
Needless to say, she wanted one ASAP once she saw it.
I placed an order and was given an approximate delivery time.
This delivery was on time, although the tracking didn't work for most of the time via Palletforce web
The unit was easy to set up and was up and running in no time.
Warms the room up quickly although it's never going to warm up

Good customer service
Our first fireplace was damaged in transit. We sent in photos and the company offered a replacement and changed the method of transport to a pallet to reduce the likelihood of damage. Good communication and accurate delivery information.

Absolutely fantastic service from Bioethanol Fireplace .co.uk. From our first online enquiry this company have been extremely helpful and informative. Casper answered all of the questions that we had and also sent us a video comparing the two fires that we were interested in as we were not able to visit the showroom. Delivery was very quick and we absolutely love our fire. It has made a lovely addition to our conservatory making it much more useable during the colder winter months. Would definitely recommend this company - 5 massive stars from us!

Easy to install burner.
Wow, so pleased with the outcome of the burner and logs . It looks so good in our old fireplace. Never wanted a log burner in this room as I get quite warm with just the radiator on sometimes, but this looks fantastic. What a focal point!

Order arrived quickly and in perfect condition due to the care taken in wrapping and packaging.
The Columbus fireplace is excellent. It is surprisingly good at warming the room and I've particularly enjoyed lighting in first thing to cheer up a grey start to the day.

Great little heater.
Very helpful when I rang to ask lots of questions. Good service, quick delivery and very well packaged. Have two stoves now. They are a fantastic heater, amazing how much heat they put out and absolute no smell.
