I got the breakdown of my biom but then was told to wait up to 3 weeks for actionable results. The breakdown doesnt really mean anything to me aside from it confirming that my gut doesnt look like that of a so called normal person. I already knew that. .. which is why i took the test.

Sent in sample for testing - the enrolment website was not working, had to email people multiple times - they assured me they fixed everything. Haven't received the report. I did get the box of probiotics, no idea if they are any good or not. Wondering if the whole thing is a scam to sell supplements. Where's my report??????

I really love the idea of having my gut analyzed. Have two issues though: #1, this service takes FAR TOO LONG!! #2, I am still waiting on feedback from a nutritionist. The scientific results on their own are useless, totally impossible to understand and apply to my body.

It's been 2 months since I've ordered my biohm test with no information. I've chatted twice and no one has answers or will return my requests. Waiting this long makes me feel like my business is ot valued.

It took over a month to process sample. Still waiting for consult about results.

It's not clear from your website that testing your sample will take 6+ weeks and you will have to wait even longer for your results/recommendations. Customer service was poor and took several days to return messages.

I finally received a report that says I have no bacteria. In the report it says I will be contacted by a professional that will tell me what it all means and get recommendations To correct the obvious lack of flora I have After a week I’m still waiting. So at this time I have a $100 report that tells me nothing. Great

Wish it was stated in product review that it takes 6 weeks to get results. Never got an email stating my sample was received at lab. Only got information about anything was if I contacted Biohm. Then once I got my results after 6 weeks, I now have to wait another 2-3 weeks to hear back from Registered Nutritionist,, so over 2 months to get information on what products to take. It was too long of a time frame for me and I have already started on a different line of probiotics through a friend. Just by stating my issues I am on the right products to help with my issues. Sorry Biohm, I couldn't wait 2 months to relief for my symptoms.

Took forever to get results which are so unclear, would not purchase again

I'd love to chat with your marketing team about my experience. The initial sign up and receiving the package was great, the email sequence was all out of whack.

1. I'm confused as toy why you guys push your products on users before they even have a baseline of what they need.

2. Very sell forward vs. value added content. Maybe get users thinking about their gut and steps needed to take to correct. Social proof, examples etc.

3. At no point during the wait period have you guided me as a user what is going on. I think a step sequence would be appropriate. For example, Hey we received your package! (you did). 1 week later, our scientist are analyzing data. following week. We are transferring the data, did you know, blah blah. Week 4. Bingo! we have your results and here's what we recommend. A specialist will be following up with you shortly...

4. Personally I'm very interested in the results and the course of action I can take, but have felt a bit lost in where everything is at as a consumer.

Disappointing... I should wait to review because I haven’t gotten my personalized recommendations but honestly I am disappointed. First off, they don’t tell you that it will take 4-6 weeks to get your results, it just says your personalized recommendations will take 1-2 weeks to get to you. Secondly, I got my results but don’t really understand what they mean, I thought the site said they would provide a handbook with explanations but I didn’t get one. Maybe it will come with my recommendations. Lastly, there is no communication on if your sample is received, I finally emailed after 2 weeks to see if it was even received. I used Biohm at the recommendation of a friend but I can’t recommend them off of my own experience, I was disappointed.

I love this product so much! I noticed a change after taking it for a month. I would definitely recommend this.

If I could give the rating of 2.5 I would. Based off of my experience I would not recommend this company. At no point did I receive any update after I sent my results off. I had to reach out two separate times to verify that they actually received my sample. It also took over two months to receive any results which I also had to contact the company about. I’m not sure if that’s the average amount of time that it takes to process a test like this but honestly I would rather go to a doctor to get the results sooner. I will say that when I reached out, someone responded within 48 hours. It would’ve been nice to have some sort of tracking system to let people know when their sample is received, when it’s being processed, and when to expect results. I was also supposed to be contacted by a registered nurse within 2 weeks of recieving my results. It’s been two weeks and I have not been contacted. This has been more of a hassle than it’s worth having to chase down what I’ve spent money for.

I paid, sent my results back and months later I am still awaiting my results. You said you received them. Where are my results. I think this is a scam and I am appealing through Paypal for my money back.

Received everything in the first mailing the gut analysis kit. I completed the sample and shipped it off. The results arrived by email two weeks later with this very complicated analysis and these fancy graphs. But I never heard anything back from BIOMH Health. I have no clue about how to interpret the meaning of the results and I have even less information about what, if anything I can be doing differently relative to the results. I didn't experience any friction; there was just no follow up so the testing was useless. Wouldn't recommend - waste of money

I still haven't received my test results. The first sample was not enough and I had to do it again. The information that I received in the collection kit said that I would not have to wait. I ordered the first kit at the end of June. It is now September 10th and I still do not have the results.

Honestly, the taste of the product was so overwhelmingly bad that I dreaded drinking it every day. I think it was the sweetener they used, but it made me gag just smelling it. I just never got over the taste, so I'm currently trying a different greens product to test my luck!
