It's been two months and I still haven't gotten my results. I get emails selling your stuff all the time! I did contact customer service it too a day or two to get a response. They were super accurate and thorough in response but the last time with everything overall is ridiculous. You didn't hesitant to charge my card...

I sent my sample in weeks ago and have yet to hear back from you. No notification that you've received my sample; no estimate of time to process said sample. It's like I just sent my money into a blackhole. Absolutely horrible execution.

A few things:

1) Results took a long time and it wasn't clear it would take so long. Not that it's an issue but could be clearer it will take a while also maybe an email when you receive the sample would help too.

2) I thought I would get more actionable insights along with the results. Like some kind of analysis of the results with next steps.

Outstanding taste! I have this product on subscription because I love it! Couldn’t recommend higher!

I would recommend this test for people who have gastrointestinal problems as it is 'very' illuminating and can help understand your insides

The results did not come in for 6 weeks and then couldn’t schedule for interpretation for another few weeks. Way to long! There are competitors that get the results earlier.

Good luck after paying money and sending your sample in. See if you ever get your results.

Poor communication around how long it takes to receive test results. It has been 2 months and still no results. I did not know it would take this long.

10/27/18 UPDATE: received test results, but have not yet been contacted by my coach. (For reference I put my kit in the mail 8/13/18.)

Great product and a great company with superb customer service. I would highly-recommend them to anyone looking for a quality pre-/probiotic supplement.

Sent sample but no data returned after 6 weeks

Very poor communication and results time line. Always have to leave messages ! I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. It’s been 2 months since I sent my sample and I’m still waiting for “the lab” to finish! Very disappointed in the whole experience with this company.

Not knowing more about the details of the output report, I find that if I had not purchased the additional consult, I would not understand or be able to take any action on the report itself. I have the consult in a few days so may post a follow-up on quality of the consult itself.

I received my kit and sent it back promptly and never heard a thing since.
At this point I paid you $199 to mail you my poop 💩

I am using this product to repopulate the good bacteria in my gut after two emergency surgeries. I hope the high sweetness is not caused by added sugars. I wish it was not so sweet.

I have not received anything back yet... did the test, registered, sent it... and then nothing since.

I am very happy with the Probiotics. I feel fine taking them and I am hoping to see good results. Once I have my blood work I am hoping to see changes in my bacteria levels; that will be the test of how it is working.

I mailed my test in over 7 weeks ago and have yet to receive my results. Had I known this, I would not have made the purchase. Biohm does not do a good job of setting expectations on timeframe for results. In addition to this, I called the help line this week to check the status and received a voicemail during working hours. I have yet to receive a call back.

It seems odd that you all are requesting a rating when you have not sent my results yet.

Originally I was displeased because I was not getting the results of my test kit. They are much better at responding if you call directly to get a status. They will contact you the very same day with an answer and request any information that is needed. Skip emailing or the live chat.
