I had a great experience starting out using the reset bundle and I also use the super greens. After the second day using the reset I could tell a big difference in my digestion, it was normal for the first time in several years. What I like best about the products is that they don't need to be taken with every meal -- it's easy to feel that the support is there all throughout the day and it's significant. The super greens taste really good -- there's a sweetness and no bitter green taste. I look forward to taking them daily and that's saying a lot, because I've used a number of products throughout my life but never kept the habit because I never felt results but the Biohm products certainly make me feel great and I consider them a staple towards a healthy lifestyle.

Amazing products! The probiotics saved my gut health and eliminated my issues with bloat!

I've been using BIOHM throughout my gut healing journey and it quickly became a staple in my life. After chronically dieting for years in my 20s and competing in 2017, my body and gut were wrecked. I was able to rebuild my health with the help of a practitioner while using the BIOHM greens, pre and probiotic capsules and couldn't have done it without the information provided in the gut testing kit. I wouldn't have my health if it wasn't for this brand and community of amazing people and products. I am truly blessed to be a part of the BIOHM Health family.

BIOHM has been a huge part of my life for the past 2.5 years and I am so grateful for how the products have transformed my health. While this is of course not specific medical advice, I have never felt healthier. I experience less bloat, less overall digestive discomfort, get sick less, and willingly take the products regularly because I actually notice a difference (and because the powders actually taste GOOD). I recommend BIOHM to everyone I know and will continue to do so :)

Biohm probiotics have been so essential to my gut health and immune system I noticed a great improvement once started taking them after two weeks! I also enjoy the biohm greens especially since I lack veggies and fiber!

BIOHM Super Greens and Super Reds are just the powerhouse products I needed for my routine. I love starting my day with my Super Greens in my morning yogurt and then having a nice glass of Super Reds with water (yes its delicious just by itself) as an afternoon pick me up!

It also has Vitamin C for immune system support and we all know something called COVID now which makes anything that includes this vitamin vital for daily consumption! How perfect of a product then this simple capsule you can take in seconds that not only takes care of your gut which is the core of all issues in the body, but has an extra boost of vitamin C to help out the immune system we all need right now! This product truly makes me feel safer during this time. It has helped out with so many other issues as well. I could truly go on and on but you will have to buy and see for your self!

Was on the search for a way to get my greens because I have ulcerative colitis and can’t eat some veggies raw. I add to my smoothie. It has been less than a week. But so far it seems good. It was a bonus that it included a probiotic also

This honestly has a great taste. I’ve had ones that taste just like grass. Health wise I do feel better but it hasn’t cured everything. The gut biome is complex and we are still barely learning about it. Will update after I take a second biohm test.

This super greens powder tastes great. I was worried it would have a horrible taste but nope. It does take a little time to dissolve and is a bit think but it works great. I've tried different products over the years and this is by far the best. It is slightly pricier, but to me, feeling better is completely worth it. I'm going to start mixing it in a smoothie instead of just water to get away from the lumps. Overall, I'm impressed

My experience working with the BIOHM Health team has been excellent thus far. Afif Ghannoum and staff are extremely helpful and well versed in the science behind BIOHM. Their probiotic supplement formula and the super greens powder are two great products. I highly recommend

The processing time was unusually lengthy.
Weeks passed in between sample arrival, review etc.
I received a notice that they were unable to obtain results from my first specimen so they sent another kit.
I sent another specimen in and once again, processing time took weeks.
I kept checking and inquiring until eventually the reply was once again we cannot obtain significant data.
I declined another lab kit.
I requested a refund and was declined.
I purchased through Dr Axe.
Buyer beware.
If you are going to invest in GI detective work, have a proper GI Map completed.

Gut test took very long only for Biohm to come back and tell me that they couldn't get results from my sample. I sent the sample on Sept 7 and through September I received few updates on my account saying that sample was received then passed inspection and then was being processed. But later, in October, these dates were adjusted. So on my profile it showed that the lab received my sample On October 16! This makes me think that something went wrong in the handling of my sample because originally it showed that they received it in September and started processing, but then later they changed the date.
I anxiously awaited my report nonetheless, and then I received an email, late October, saying that they couldn't extract data from the sample. If they had been able to extract data from my sample, this still would have been a very long process and I think the data would no longer reflect my actual guy by time I received results.
When my sample was denied they DID offer to send a new kit so I could submit a new sample. Though I appreciate this offer, I don't know if I will take advantage of it since I doubt I will get results In a timely manner. And I'm not sure how relevant results are two months after the sample. Will that actually reflect the state of my gut health?
I was very interested in getting this test since I have had gut issues for over two years, and I am disappointed at the timing of the process as well as how I believe my sample was processed.

Biohm did quite well - considering the specific gut issues which I have (50 years of H. pylori). There are conflicts between treating the digestive flora and dealing with severe gastritis and inflammation. Some conflicts needed to be resolved. Time will tell, but I am optimistic.

I was impressed with the educational component and it was NOT a sales pitch.

I ordered the BIOHM Gut Test and I did a consultation with a nutritionist. It has been great to get a clear picture on what cultures are active in my gut and which ones are missing. The nutritionist that I talked with was very knowledgeable and now I have an action plan to improve my gut health. The test an consult are so worth it. I highly recommend!

It takes about 7 weeks to get your test back with your results. Over all it was very easy to take the test and send it in.
Also you get a phone Consult with a nutritionist to go over your gut health results.
9/10 would definitely purchase again

I had a great experience with BIOHM health. I was given an update while my sample was being processed and was given notice once it was complete. I appreciated having a nutritionist contact me to discuss my results and point me in the right direction.
