Very unsatisfying experience with Biote customer service in Tirana. The customer service was very unprofessional and not helpful to solve the problem that was caused by them. The manager Gerta Koçi was very rude and not solving the problem caused by them. She did not even try to solve the issue but threatened me to bring the police at my property for smth that they did wrong. Who call the police to a faithful returning customer? Why? I am very disappointed, unhappy, frustrated from the terrible customer service of them. I will never purchase another product from this company again.

Biote in Albania wins the first place for unfair commercial practices. They call you 100 times for offers. You finally agree and they assure you that you will have that offer whenever you are ready. But, since you go there and ask to get mattresses, you are told with strange things like the signature model is no longer available, but you can have another similar model with 100 euro more??!!!
If signature disappeared (however still on the website), how Biote deal with the legal guarantee if a consumer who already bought signature mattress is going to exchange it because he is not satisfied?!!! I wish someone may hear and take measures accordingly!
Biote has been a very positive effect in my life unfortunately the same medication cost $900 more in Vermont than Tennessee, Georgia, New Hampshire or Florida. They advertise for an average cost of three to $500 but in Vermont it is 1500 they need to get this under control treat the same medication in any state as the same cost especially since it’s not FDA approved and not covered by insurance, hopefully this will be rectified for all the people that it can .
