Scam

Received a very small duck of inferior quality. Did not receive dog care and dog treat info on my order. Tried emailing the company using the listed email addresses from the order email and none of them went through. TOTAL SCAM!

Calming duck NOT safe for pets. $119 mystery box is a $2 carnival item.

Items are not suitable for dogs or children. Value is GROSSLY misrepresented. My upgrade was ignored - then I was told that I hadn't requested one (fee is on my card & proof sent).
After contacting the company with photo's, I am NOW being told that I have to make a VIDEO & return the items to China.
I have a 'Calming duck' bought from a pet store ($15) - these are not that! DO NOT hand your money or risk your pet's safety to Biovetmd.
Those unable to contact this company, comment.

Stay Away

Stay Away. I wish I'd checked here before spending 50 bucks. The 4 ducks lasted about an hour, and tried 2 different emails that bounced back, sent a message via their portal with no respond. Sent a second one and will contacting my bank tomorrow.

Very misleading

For $49 I received 2 calming ducks, and a mystery box valued at $49 which ended up being 2 very small stuffed animals.
What a ripoff. Will not be buying from them again and do Not recommend.

I'm in Australia & also ordered the 'free' calming duck with calming dog treat recipes, etc & was charged a lot in American dollars for shipping. Finally received a very small duck on its own today mailed from a different state in Australia! Never received a tracking number so can't verify where it was originally shipped from. Absolute scam!

Received items were not as advertised

Received items, but they were not as advertised. Quality of the dog toys is extremely poor and will not last more than 15 minutes, As stated by others, I could buy the same thing at the dollar store. Total monetary value of items under $10, They claimed it was well of $100. Tried 2 emails they listed, and they bounced back because they are blocking all incoming emails.

The EXTENDED Warranty: I was referred to the general Refund policy: Unused, tags & original packaging. This website is NOW BOOKMARKED for anything pushed on Facebook. Have pics & all emails. Go to your usual PET STORE - Saw them there for $12 - $15.

Money lost

So far, I am believing this is a scam site. Ordered Oct. 16, emailed them and was told my order would arrive between Nov. 17-20. I am still waiting and believe they took my money with no intentions of sending anything.

Total Scam!

Looks like I'm not alone, I ordered the "calming duck" and the "mystery surprise" After almost a month- because it shipped from China- I received a small "calming duck" that didn't quack- it was broken. And the "Mystery Gift" was a long cheap duck that is below the quality of a dog toy you can get at the Dollar Store.
I asked the company for a refund and they said I would need to mail the product back to China and they would only refund me the money if the product was "re-sellable", unused and in it's packaging.
I wish I could upload the picture of my pup looking really sad and disappointed.
I was scammed!

Placed an order for a free calming duck only to find out that it was for the small duck. Contacted them to refund order as falsely advertised. After a few emails was advised would reimburse 50% and send the mystery box and large comfort duck. 3 weeks later still waiting. Sent a follow-up email, no one has responded. What a scam.

Shipping was listed as 5-12 business days & although I was sent a tracking number which showed it was being shipped from China- the tracking number is no longer available or valid & I have no way to track the order. Have reached out to the company with no response at this time. Would not recommend

Do NOT purchase from BioVet MD

I ordered the "free" calming duck toy for my anxious pup. I also purchased a Mystery Dog Box for $14.00, originally worth $119. What a deal! While this company's address is in Wyoming, this order came from China. That should have been my first clue. When I finally received the order, the calming duck was the size of my hand, despite the pictures showing it much larger. The Mystery Dog Box was one little squeaky toy that my dog destroyed in less than 10 minutes. While I could have purchased that toy for far less than $14, it isn't about the money. It's about the false advertising. What was advertised as a "box" should be advertised as a Mystery Dog Micro-Satchel. I'm thankful I didn't purchase any of the calming drops they are now advertising for "free." No way would I give my dogs anything they would ingest from this company. At least the ridiculous toys didn't harm them. I just have to endure the disappointment in their eyes as I throw them away. Do not bother with this fake company!
