I would rate it zero stars if I could. The calming duck was the size of my hand instead of a regular stuffed animal size. It did not make a duck noise. The noise maker in the duck toy could easily get lodged in my dogs throat. The way they packaged the package was crazy. The website biovet.com is a scam the mystery free box the toy received was also tiny and a joke. Both lasted less than 5 minutes.

This company is also known as Biovet.
It is a scam. The ”free” anxiety duck falls apart in minutes. If you fall for the “mystery box” valued at $119US you will be sent a small soft toy that is valued at about 5 cents.
Please do not fall for this scam from BioVet MD. It’s almost impossible to get your money back.

I never received my mystery dog box. Instead I got a small carrot. This happened back in December, and now we've in May.
Noovelo does not care about customer experience, or expectations.

False advertising.BEWARE this product is not what it is quacked up to be. I normally dont do reviews bt i thought everyone must be aware so Im Writing this today, I just received mine today. I had to pay quite a bit $$ almost$130 which I was happy to pay as I thought it would be an amazing toy for my dog. Bt,when I received it , it was nothing like what they show on there ad. It's made out of cheapest material possible and are very small.the worst experience of receiving it . Scammed.charging in US$ and once posted you can scan ur package which is packed and posted from China warehouse. The worst one is when you pay such an amount you want the product to be good quality in proper packaging, instead u receive a small plastic envelope with the bad small ducks. Where are my mystery boxes. This is so not cool. Scammers. Don't get this product. You could get it from any 2$ shop around

Terrible and a scam - duck lasted one day didn’t even make a noise on delivery and also as advertised “get a mystery box!” With your order. Didn’t receive a mystery box of the $100 value took a while to be delivered- Waste of your time and money.

I waited over a month for the duck we ordered to arrive. It was half the size shown on the website. The squeaker inside was broken and it made no noises. When I contacted their support to get my money back, I was told that I needed to record a video showing the condition of the duck, and I would have to pay for shipping to return it. On top of that, it would take up to another 30 days for them to inspect the returned item before they would process our refund. All for a $20 duck that came from China? It would cost me more than that to return the damn thing!

Mail the product that was paid for and not scam the world with your bullshit add of a free calming duck. Have been waiting for over 3 months for mine. Unacceptable!!!!

Click on the gurantee and read the small print! They don't stand by their product at all! This product was supposed to be so durable. My dog is an 8-month old, 11-pound poodle mix, and the duck lasted less than a month! Their website shows a 90-day money back guarantee but they don't honor it if the product is used. They only refund you if you changed your mind and decided not to use the product! Makes no sense!

Very poor quality product. When contacted they stated I should have paid for the extra quality. All over their website they show 100% money back guarantee and when you ask for it they state you don't qualify. How is that 100% money back guarantee? It's classic bait and switch scam which is illegal.

Very disappointing. What I ordered was not what I got. I have a large puppy which I cannot give this to. The duck fits in my hand, nothing like what was advertised. Will never buy from here again 😡

I fell for the free plush toy for dogs mental health awareness. What is advertised is a Large sized duck. If you want the large sized duck it would cost extra, $34.98 USD. Upon checkout you recieve additional items of Ultimate Dog Care and Calming Dog Treats e books. Those items have not been recieved or instructions given on how to download. The ducks recieved are quiet small and not ideal for larger dogs. The same duck can be bought from Temu at $7.98 AUD.

So, they added extra charges & when i caught on i canceled my order & demanded a refund. They said i had to wait 8 days. That was on Feb 14th & it's now March 7th. That's way past the 8 business days they say. So I've still not gotten my refund & haven't received a email with some lame excuse! They are legitimate scammers & I'm not happy about it! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!

It is false advertising and they don't care. Our puppy ripped 2 of these in the first 2 minutes and they referred me to their policy that says they don't cover damage by pets (for a pet toy) hmm. They said I should have picked the premium upgrade because the calming duck won't handle "tougher play". After pointing out the fact that I didn't even get that option and the fact that their website literally shows a puppy shaking their duck, I waited their reply.... still waiting....
After reading all the other reviews, I have seen that this is standard, so do your homework and save yourself the money.

BUYER BEWARE. Do not order from this company. I ordered a duck from them and added on the $119 mystery box for $12.95 that they were offering. For the mystery box I received another small toy that’s probably worth about $5. It is a scam between the false advertising and expensive shipping charges! To return the products you have to cover shipping?!?! Save your money and order the duck on Amazon if you really want one. It’s only $12 with free shipping! Not to mention I ordered in 2/10 and didn’t receive it until 2/29. I reached out to their customer service and was told that what I received was correct, not sure how you can advertise a mystery box worth $119 and only receive a small plush toy. Very disappointed!

My 13 lb dog went through the smaller duck in just a couple of hours, and is now working to destroy the not much bigger upgrade, $62 spent, didn’t get the two books as free gifts, like my order showed, and it took almost 2 months to get here… Total scam!!!! Do not buy!!!!!

After emails going back and forth there was no satisfactory outcome, they kept telling me that had delivered boxes, I never got them, the 2 very small ducks? Did arrive, dog destroyed within 5 mins, I was asked to send them and original packaging back to China at my cost, they have to be kidding and why they would want the destroyed toys and packaging back is beyond me. Don't buy anything from these people they are scammers

Purchased this for my dog and thought it would help with his anxiety so I didnt mind that they didnt send my mystery gift. I did ring and ask and was told I didnt get one. Then when the dog ripped the duck for the first time I contacted the Noovelo and apparently I needed to save the package from over a month to see what I was entitled too, so don't understand what the extended warranty was for either. I even have pictures of what use to be the duck with all his stuffing and squeaker all ripped out. So it's not so much the product but the support that is the biggest disappointment.

One of the worst shopping experiences ever. From Shipping being delayed, to cut and paste replies. Refusing to issue refund even though goods sat in picking status for 2 weeks. After goods arrived i got 2 small ducks instead of the 2 large ducks
that were ordered. Got no mystery box or anything else. Packing showed the goods were dropped shipped from Alibaba. Found same ducks on there for around $10US. I got scammed and ripped off and warn everyone else to look elsewhere.

When I ordered calming duck, was expecting a box with various things in it, as shown on the photos, so paid the extra. False advertising.
It came in a small package, with duck and 2 other toys. Not what I was expecting, Live and learn, don't buy anything from Facebook ads.

This is a scam! First it took many weeks to get the product. Then my dog went through this duck in a day. They take your money and the 'guarantee' is if the product is not damaged. READ THE 'GUARANTEE' FULLY! It's not worth the money! The duck is not bigger, there are no real extras, they just take your money.
