Equipment is easy to use and the customer service is excellent. The only recommendation I would offer is a left handed and right handed version of the foot wrap since it is difficult to attach foot strap without assistance.

The device is comfortable to use and easy to set up. Easy to travel with. Agnes was great in explaining the features of the device and how to use it. She answered the questions I had. CP

The Biowave device is simple to use and provides effective therapy for my arthritic joints. I have garnered results including decreased pain and improved range of motion. Great device!

I have to bulging discs in my lower back causing severe pain in both lower back and and legs and this makes it hard to walk with a pain level of 9 after using the BioWave for 30 min twice a day in the morning and at night my pain level drops to a 4 and able to sleep through the night

Excellent experience. Kevin was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I use my machine three time a day and it's a great relief for me. I have four bulging disc's.

Need more than 5 stars for this started using it and the pain is so much better today. I would HIGHLY recommend BiowaveGo to anyone

Kevin was wonderful to work with. He explained everything from how to work it to who to contact at the VA for supplies. I have been using the machine to help with hip and low back pain caused by osteoporosis. I have also started using it on arthritic knees. It's the most relief that I have had without having to get an injection.

Agnes did an exceptional job helping me get started using the machine. The machine works great so far and I am so happy to be able to get some relief at home.

Susan was very helpful on the device training call. She made sure I had it working correctly, knew how to adjust it and how to care for the device too.

Kevin Thorne was very informative about this device. he also was a very nice guy to talk to. He covered all of the functions and has made himself available in case I have any questions.
