My experience with bird travel was good. There communication was always great and effective. They would respond quickly when I need help. Crystal specifically done a great job attending to me which I am grateful for. Crystal always was following up to see if I require any assistance or if I am satisfied with the solution provided.

Vicky was very professional from day one. Took the time and effort to understand our travel needs, was able extremely patient with us and delivered as promised. Would not only use the service again but recommend them .

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
I got charged £900 extra to change flights and a name change. When arrived at airport this had not been done! I contacted the airline direct who confirmed they had no communication with the agent.
They have refused to refund me and I now have to take legal action as funds obtained under false pretences, which is illegal.
Please do not get conned like I did, it ruined my holiday which I had planned for 5 years. Has made me ill and I have lost all confidence in going on holiday ever again

The company gave me a good deal and the staff Ms Christal is very polite and efficient. She answered all questions I asked I would recommend her to my friends and family.

I have been using bird travel for the 3rd year running. I get the same agent Victor who is absolutely thorough with all the details of our flight and ticks all the boxes as far as politeness ,and professionalism. Can contact him any time with any queries.

I was very impressed with the service Rav provided. My original flight got cancelled but he managed to re- arrange an alternative to get me back in time for work commitments.

The staff was very helpfull they gave me a good price for my tickets
They answer the phone everytime you call very good company for cheap flight tickets!

Excellent customer service
I booked flights from Doha to Manchester for my mother who needs support throughout travel due to a communication barrier and poor mobility. When I contacted Travels I spoke to a person called Victor who had excellent communication skills and advised me to book AL maha service to support my mother it was very helpful moreover he could understand my concerns and a real need for my mother
She travelled in 16 the morning from Doha to Manchester with no issues staff took her to the immigration process and baggage collection I am very grateful to Victor who promised to take care of my mother and make her journey very smooth. I would recommend anyone looking to bring their elderly parents southhall travels is the best.
