My experience was very good,sam was very patient and my sure that I was happy with all desions that was made.

Spoke to Victor B to try to arrange a trip to Antalya. He seemed to know his job but was reluctant when I asked for email confirmation . When eventually he did the email was from a personal email not an email specific to the company and when I questioned this he started to mumble . What made me more suspicious is when he kept pushing me to make a payment for a deposit of £1200. Thankfully I realised in time that this was a scam and didn’t lose out on any money . AVOID THIS scam of a company

The Agent Ethan was superb in helping me with all of the Booking from Flights and dates, to downloading my tickets and Passport Assistance and final payment and ensuring my Flight tickets were delivered and just to show at the Airport, thanks again Ethan SUPERB !!

I would like to leave a review with regards to my first experience dealing with this agent. Ethan dealt with me professionally and was patient with me as I was not sure given the amount of scanners out there. I was given 3 arrangements to make my payments. There was a clause that if I did not pay on the said date my deposit would be forfeited. On the last date of payment arrangement I called the agency and was advised Ethan was off duty. I then requested to be assisted to finalise my payment. The gentleman I dealt with forwarded a link tome to make my payment which I did. I then requested to be forwarded my tickets and was told to expect them in 24hrs. This raised a lot of anxiety and panic as I have never experienced this before. I was told it did not matter how much I demanded the tickets I would have to wait. The next day I sent a message despite previous messages requesting to be forwarded my ticket. I eventually spoke to someone by the name of Rav who was impatient and very rude. After I threatened to involve the police as I truly believed I might have been scammed, he emailed me the tickets only for one return leg as this was a multi city trip. I called him back to advise and sent messages on their WhatsApp advising I had two trips were missing on the issued tickets. He advised me that he issued the tickets according to my last fee which was only for that one trip. I became quite anxious and as I spoke he was speaking at the same time leafing to lack of communication between us. He eventually sent the tickets on WhatsApp. I requested him to email them and advised he was not adhering to the trading standards. While speaking to him he told me go report wherever you want to report and hung up the call. I went through a lot of similar disrespect from his colleague the day before too. I have requested to be advised where to lodge a formal complaint and he has not advised me as yet. He informed me I keep repeating the same thing over. I have told Rav I am a customer and have dealt with agents and airlines in the past and never did I ever have an experience of making a payment in full and being told I must wait 24 hrs for my tickets after payment. After his mistake of not issuing all tickets he did not find it necessary to apologise but instead was rude and hung up the call not only on me but to my daughter too. I will never use this agent again as some of their staff obviously need customer relations training. However I want to thank Ethan for his patience and professionalism even though he went on a day off and did not arrange for the finalisation of my tickets as this caused me a lot of grief with his colleagues.

Our travel advisor Victor was amazing, he was very professional and polite and willing to help in any way he could. He made our booking extremely easy and nothing was too much trouble for him. Our experience was very smooth thanks to Victor

I’m giving second time my feedback to the Bird Travel company and company staff, all the staff members are very friendly and very helpful always anytime if I require any questions they solve my questions straight away, especially Sam he’s always available and answer my questions straight away, would like to recommend strongly… 🙏
