The staff member Leo was extremely helpful, very polite, and most of all lots of patients in helping to book a flight at an excellent price.Was a pleasure to do business with this company.

While I was doing research on travel arrangements I contacted a number of different agencies. Bird Voyage (Rav) took minutes to respond to my query. Through the whole process I had so many questions and he was so incredibly helpful. Rav even went out of his way to help me find my way to the place I needed to go and sent me details of the transport I would have to take. I really appreciated this as I found the whole procedure overwhelming. He was truly so helpful and helped keep mu nerves at an all time low. I felt that I was in good hands and had excellent support. I will definitely be using Rav (Bird Voyage) again. This is not the last time I will bug Rav with my millions of questions :) If you are an anxious traveller like me Rav is definitely the guy for you!

We had such a great experience with Bird Voyage. Sam was incredibly helpful from start to finish — always quick to respond and happy to assist with anything we needed. Whether it was flight changes, upgrade options, or general questions, nothing ever felt like too much trouble.

What really stood out was the peace of mind he gave us. With concerns around flight disruptions in the Middle East, it was so reassuring to have someone we could contact at any time. It made our whole trip feel completely stress-free.

I usually book flights myself online, but after this experience, I’ll always use Sam. Having that level of support makes such a difference.

On board with what was required and quick to respond to queries and made sure all trips and journeys went smooth. Rav dealt with all things appropriately during booking and post booking till return travel. I would go back to him if needed again in future. I also dealt with couple of other people in booking team and all were good.
It looks like it’s a dynamic group and more bookings means more experience and even more better service.
Ticketing team definitely needs some extra pair of hands as they seem to be a bit behind in everything and needed repeated prompts and corrections. All in all would recommend to others .

My booking agent was polite and helpful from start to finish.
I had to book an emergency flight back home, and he helped me book it quickly and efficiently. Leo also completed my online check-in, API and created my boarding pass, whilst I was en route to the airport. So my airport experience was smooth and straightforward, no glitches.
