AVOID at all costs SCAMMERS
Received new card machine beginning of the November, Funds from 1st 2 trading days went missing as someone inserted our bank details incorrectly.... we have spend hours on the phone, emailing back and forth and no one is taking responsibility!!! Unacceptable! See you in court XEPAY!

Awful company, avoid at all costs. Zero customer service & transactions that never turn up. Constantly emailing requesting to join, ignoring cancellation request. Do not trust this business with your company's finances.
Avoid XE PAY / XE POS
Avoid by any means
The company at xepos.co know as XE PAY / XE POS as well to confuse its customers by using the two names has a questionable dodgy reputation, consistently neglecting cancellation requests once your contract finish and ignoring your calls once you've signed up. They subject you to persistent billing which amount to extortion even after you cancel, they set up a direct debit without your knowledge using your old mandate which I reported to both the bank and financial authorities. It's advisable not to engage with this company at all , as there are many reputable alternatives. Additionally, they frequently change their business names, causing confusion among customers.

Stay away from this guys, I bought a system from this guys and paid a deposit and the subscription was supposed to be spread for a year . I have finished paying and this guy are still taken money from my account, they now owes me £150 which they refused to pay, even though I cancelled the direct debit, they key kept attempting to take money from my account’s every month. When I contacted the account department, I was told there is no record on their system showing they have taken money from my bank. The account department emailed me to say I have overdue payment. I call again and spoke to this same guy in the account department and told him he was the same person who told me they don’t have any record of my payment so why has he emailed me demanding payments and he hang up the phone on me . Please check your contract with this guys and keep you eyes on your bank account. The system I bought stopped working exactly 1 year of my contract, but they are still billing me .
NO REPONSE TO MY QUESTIONS
I used the live chat on XEPAY website and asked if they provide virtual terminals, the chatbot said yes and asked which industry my company is in (logistics), when I replied I was told they couldn't provide virtual terminals to that industry. I rang the main number and a receptionist took my telephone number/email and said she would ask a colleague to contact me. I had no call but received an email trumpeting the latest special offer. I responded to the email asking for an explanation but yet again, all I received was an email providing sample prices for physical card terminals, no mention of virtual terminals. We really want to change from our current provider but XEPAY do not seem willing to help us - very strange!

Lies and hidden fees (scam)
I was interested in their mobile card reader. They gave me a quote for 0.3% and 0.4% fees, so I signed a 12 month contract. They then emailed me saying the fees were 0.59% but only for UK cards, for EU cards it's above 1% and up to 3% non-eu cards. They now refuse to cancel my contract. This is a scam.
Intergration failed still not fixed
Card reader was supposed to be integrated but it went down and failed to connect to host - still not sorted - customer service do try and help but feel they are very understaffed and when they say it needs to be sent to the developer usually means its goiing to be a buggy product which it is.

Company is a shambles
Company is a shambles. They auto-renew their service contracts without permission and also after an official cancellation of service is sent to the correct email address they specify. Their agents state auto renew would not happen, as well as online account showing auto renew set to 'No'.
Also, to add to all of this, they are breaching GDPR, other company data is available to view by any other customer.
I have proof to back this up.
Feel free to contact me XEPAY/XEPOS regarding this matter. Just need to make sure everyone else knows the facts, to ensure they don't make the mistake of taking out a contract with you!
Xepay card terminal
I applied several months ago for two card machines which never arrived. After calling them several times and been told that the person who took the order would let me know what was happening was told needed more info. I emailed the info and sent it by what's app. still never heard from them contacted the person who took order said he would find out what the holdup was and get back asp. That was 23 June still not heard from them I first applied 6th April very poor communication
