I have trade in notting Hill Carnival…

I have trade in notting Hill Carnival for two days and this company sets me all I receive was 1300 on my card machine. My stock intake does not show that that that’s all the money I made on top of it this company is saying to me that I have to wait a few days before transaction clear it doesn’t add up. It doesn’t make sense how you can tell me that’s all I mean when I’m expecting a couple of thousands of pounds according to my boxes and my food that I produce on those days.. the thieves. People need to be honest when they’re writing the review and we need to take actions like what I’m going to take actions against them they are thieves

Never seen any scam company like this…

Never seen any scam company like this in my life, when i sign up i have being told no contract, no exit fee, no hassle , but since 1st day problem started, and no solved nearly month, which they sent me card terminal no signal, amd i wanted to cancel but beign told " locked in 12 month contact you need to pay rest of rent and still they don't wanna cancel the contract ,I sent the car terminal back no and contact at all. From day 1 couldn't use service and they don't really sort the problem, better to avoid using this company,

Mohammad Ali from support , really helpful on Sunday and called the XEPOs support and it got picked on the first ring , And nothing was thereon screen and he fixed all and it worked , He also called back for confirmation if everything is working fine , So really helpful on Sunday too .

This young tech lad, Ali

This young tech lad, Ali was exceptionally attentive and helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure I was sorted with my Xepos issues. I must admit I was about to leave this company but chap has restored my belief in your company. Most other people that I have spoken with really don’t show any concern or commitment to calls that I have made in the past. But all that aside, Ali is an asset to this company, a people person. Phone technical support rather than online

I had issues with my card terminal switching itself off and then not charging, I tried using the online technical support but was asked to send a video which I couldn’t during my working day. I then spoke to one of the technical advisors, Ali, who talked me through the issues and after asking me to plug in a usb cable into the card terminal we deduced that it was the charging cradle that was the issue. He is sending me a new cable which I hope to get next day. I didn’t give 5stars simply because the online part of the process didn’t work for me, however, the technician was excellent and very helpful over the phone
