Signed a contract for 1 year

Signed a contract for 1 year. After 1 year they then said that I’m in contract for 2 years.
I’ve tried to call them and email them many times and can’t get anywhere with them.

When I get through to them on the phone, they put the phone down.

All emails to them are ignored.

I regret ever signing up with them.

this has to be the worst company i have…

this has to be the worst company i have ever had the misfortune to deal with, have been trying to cancel my account for over a year not been able to get hold of there accounts dept to cancel has sent numerous emails to cancel which they totally ignore been on the phone nobody picking
what a total joke of a company

Card terminal was not working late…

Card terminal was not working late night and I reached out on chat and Mohamad Ali came on chat and quickly call me to fix the issue and went beyond everything to resolve the issue.

XEPAY and XEPOS they both are fraud company and they try to steal the money from my bank account and I never received any terminal or card machine and they never provided me any services but they send me the bill and I was shocked
They are frauds and very big scammers and plz keep away
