I have just been checking all the horrid reviews on this company. I only wish I checked before signing up for their card machine. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not sign up with the company!!!! Just like alot of the other reviews I have had nothing but difficulty cancelling this contract. They just keep throwing different figures to me through WhatsApp and email. Yes you can't get anyone on the phone either and they kept taking money from my account even although the contract was cancelled and machine sent back. ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!! I also notice they never reply to any of there feeback either! I would like to hear from anyone that has pursued this company.

Just straight out lies from the sales agent (I had his name here - Xepay tried removing my review because it had the agents name so I edited). I called and asked if the rates are blended, he said yes. At the bottom of his quote it states and I quote "A 0.02p transaction fee applies per successful transaction plus a 0.12% interchange fee. There is also a £4 fee for accelerated payments made." Absolutely Shameless from Seamus, DONT LIE TO CUSTOMERS!!! What an embarrassment....

My experience with XEPay involved a straightforward contract for card terminal services that turned into a drawn-out and distressing ordeal due to their handling of the contract termination.
Despite clearly communicating and formally notifying the end of my contract, XEPay's accounts team continued to allege that my account was overdue and threatened additional charges long after the contract had legally concluded. The relentless and unfounded claims for overdue payments have not only caused unnecessary stress but also forced me to seek legal advice to resolve these erroneous allegations.
The lack of proper communication and the disregard for factual contract terms displayed by XEPay's customer service and accounts team has been both disappointing and frustrating. Repeated attempts to clarify the situation were met with more demands and threats rather than any meaningful resolution.
If you value transparency, fair treatment, and responsive customer service, my experience suggests that XEPay may not meet your expectations. Please consider this review a cautionary tale; it's worth taking the time to explore other providers who respect contractual agreements and treat their customers with the professionalism they deserve.

Dreadful support, been attempting for 6 months to renew my contract, originally advised I was out of contract then told I wasn't.. Agreed to renew, despite signing contracts, new contract has not gone live. Contacted Customer Service multiple times, no response, Live Chat, "hangs up" when you attempt to get some support, All while I continue to pay higher rates... Disgraceful.

I have recently started my business selling fashion items and have been looking for card payment machines for my customers to pay by card. Obviously I shopped around quite a bit and received quotes from many providers.
What I have found with Xepay is the fees they charge are clear and I found that others had many hidden charges. I’m not very clued up on these things so to hear all these different things like pci, scheme fees, I was so bamboozled! All I wanted was something straight forward! 😂😂
Anyway, I seem to be rambling on now haha Xepay were very straight forward and clearly told me the fees they charge and the fees they don’t charge, thank you finally! 😁
The machine i got was nice it works with WiFi and if the WiFi is down for any reason it will switch to 3G.
I think it’s important for a startup business to have everything simplified and easy to follow and I appreciate the help I got from the sales person who didn’t push me for the sale, they fully explained everything, what charges there are and why they charge and even when I told them I’m shopping around they simply sent me the full quote and let me be.
But I think the reason I went with them was because I felt I could trust them which I think is most important! 😊

I strongly recommend NOT signing up with Xepos/Xepay. Their advertising claims there are no joining fees, no exit fees, and no minimum contract, which sounds great at first. However, when the device they provide you with stops working, they will force you to sign a new contract in order to continue using their services. If you decide not to go ahead with the new contract, they will attempt to scam you, making the process even more frustrating and stressful.
This issue has already been taken to my lawyers, who are handling the case using consumer rights and UK law, particularly in light of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. These regulations protect consumers from unfair business practices such as hidden charges, misleading advertising, and forcing customers into new contracts without clear consent. Xepos/Xepay has clearly violated these regulations by misrepresenting their terms and trying to lock customers into unfavorable agreements.
Additionally, under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, any goods or services provided (including card machines) must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. Xepos’ device, which stopped working, does not meet these basic standards.
The company is also breaching the Payment Services Regulations 2017, which outline how card machine providers must operate fairly and transparently. Xepos’ actions—particularly their attempts to force customers into signing new contracts and their lack of transparency—are in clear violation of these laws.
Be cautious and stay far away from Xepos. Their actions are not only unethical but illegal under UK law. If you're facing a similar situation, know your rights and consider seeking legal advice. There are plenty of trustworthy companies out there—don’t fall for their fraudulent tactics.

I’m happy with the service I have received from this company. I’ve been searching for a machine for my customers to pay by card. I don’t want to bad mouth the previous company I was with but I must say xepay are so much more professional and got the job done with ease.

Probably the worst company i’ve ever dealt with in my life. The compliance team are the worst i can’t stress enough how bad they are. My funds have been on hold for 1 month, their customer service advisors are so rude and just blank you all the time. I messaged so many times on whatsapp i’ve called them multiple times they keep me on hold for 50 mins to an hour and then cut me off. THE WORST COMPANY ever do not ever think about getting a card terminal off them. I genuinely can’t stress enough how bad the customer service i’ve had is. I’m chasing my funds every single day. They made so many mistakes when setting up my account and because they can’t be bothered rectifying it they have been ignoring me multiple times. DO NOT GET A CARD MACHINE OF THESE GUYS!!!!

Ran under the same location as Xepos, warning their support also runs through the same line, as a result you are consistently going to have to deal with unprofessional conmen on the other end who will either refuse to patch you through to the side or intentionally waste your time.
