I’m very disappointed with my experience with XEPAY. I submitted my cancellation request well within the required timeframe, yet it was rejected on the grounds that the email was not sent from the “registered” email address — a requirement that was never mentioned in the contract or in any of their official cancellation instructions.
This is a clear example of hidden policies being used against the customer, leading to unjust charges and a refusal to process the cancellation properly. Despite my attempts to communicate and resolve the issue, I was met with automatic responses and demands for payment.
A trustworthy company should prioritize transparency and fairness, not use vague or undisclosed terms to trap customers into ongoing payments. I would not recommend working with XEPAY unless they make serious improvements to their customer service and contract clarity.
I am very happy with the card machine I have for my African food store. One of the best things about it is that I’m not paying extra fees like I did with other card machine providers.
Many companies charge lots of little fees on top of the regular rates but with this company everything is straight forward.
The rates are also very cheap which makes a big difference for my business.
The machine is easy to use and I am happy with the service.

I’ve had a card machine with Xepay for a couple of years, and unfortunately, my experience with their service has been incredibly disappointing.
A couple of years ago, I noticed a serious glitch with their portal that gave me access to all customer records. Concerned about the breach, I reported it to them immediately. However, they were unable to understand the severity of the issue, despite my recommendation that they take the portal offline and notify the ICO. The issue went unresolved for about a week, and when they finally got back to me, there was no apology or explanation as to why this had happened.
When my contract was due for renewal, I missed the 14-day cancellation window, and they automatically enrolled me into a new contract. They flatly refused to cancel it, and their response was simply, "tough luck." So, I ended up sticking with them for another 18 months, despite their lack of consideration for their customers.
Now, as my contract is about to expire in the next month, I reached out to inform them that I would like to terminate the service at the end of my term. It took them two days to respond, and when they did, their message didn’t make any sense. They are now demanding another month's payment and an additional £150 + VAT cancellation fee, even though my contract is due to renew in March 2025.
In summary, my experience with Xepay has been filled with poor customer service, a lack of accountability for security breaches, and no business sense. I would not recommend this service to anyone looking for reliable, transparent, or professional support.

I have been trying to leave this company for 18 months. I was due to leave in April but they have renewed my contract more than 2 weeks ago so I can not cancel ( calling off period had pasted). Have got to stay with them for another 2 years. This company are a joke ( and not funny one ). How are they allowed to get away with this. Can not speak to anyone, email only. They want to talk to sign you up though.

This company has randomly started emailing me saying i owe them money abd they're charge late fees to my account. I'VE NEVER HAD AN ACCOUNT WITH THEM. They're ignoring my many emails and put the phone down when i try to call them. Absolutely terrible customer service. Im going to start forwarding their correspondence to my solicitor.

Very shitty service, they will tell you one lie in front of you and try to take your money behind your back. First they offered a good deal in the first few months that I used their service almost paying nothing noticeable, but now they are trying to lengthen my subscription with them after this trial with staggering high fews just to make a pretty penny behind my back. And as if not to add insult to injury, they are doing their absolute best to trap me into paying by insinuating both directly and in directly in their emails that I have no way of of this fraudulent scam. Do yourself a favor and don't go anywhere near this app. You will be the payment of this mafia company.

Very poor customer service. Once you joined it you can't leave the company, regardless off notice or cancellation notice. It's one off worst company I have deal with. I have called 20 times, sending 7 times emails. Still no way out off this company. Please do not join this dodgey i never joined this company ofically, first it was a one month notice and i can leave whenever i want, with a 1 month notice then i realised this company cant read crap and put 18 months on my name for a secret contract I was uninformed of.This is your local Birmingham gangster company. They give a unique experience of one time take it all your money securely and secretly scammer. If you want this type of customer service and experience please don't hesitate to contact this shitty customer service.

When i was leaving their company to join another cash machine company they were gaslighting me into staying with them, emailing me from multiple of their business ones saying I have signed a contract with them for another 18 months when I know I have not, I even asked for proof but this is a trick they try to use to keep from you going to other companies. Horrible company and a evil one.
