Where do we start? Probably easier for new customers to stay well clear because they are very crafty at misleading you. I’ve heard from other customers of XE Pos that when a technician has done a support job they encourage them to leave positive reviews on trustpilot and wait on the phone with them while it is complete. I guess you want to know how I made contact with other customers? Oh that was just a data breach they had on their billing platform but failed to inform their customers or ICO. Anyhow enough of that plenty more to go at they then give you many dates of when your contractual end date is as they are incompetent they don’t actually know themselves I did keep records and followed the contract to the exact word give 14 days notice prior to the termination date by emailing cancellations however you never get a response from that email address nor can you speak to them on the phone as they just hang up! You phone them back and they continue just to hang up. They now have a new game of sending what’s apps with links to pay extortionate amounts and for everyday that goes by you don’t pay, an additional £5 is added. I did also try to call the what’s app number but guess what they hang up! Still awaiting a response from my written letter that was delivered by recorded post three weeks ago. This is still on going and I will be seeking legal advice soon I have kept logs of all communications as will be claiming full expenses and compensation for lost time I have a business to run not play games in the school playground.

I’ve used Xepay a couple times now and honestly, no complaints. The first transfer took a bit longer than I expected, but everything went through fine. Second time was quicker. Interface is pretty simple and straightforward, which I appreciate because I hate apps that try to be too fancy.
Customer support was decent — not super fast but they got back to me and sorted out what I needed. Fees are okay, nothing crazy. As long as it stays reliable, I’ll keep using it.
Disgraceful/disgusting people! They told me different contract end date, I asked for explanation, they said they have to transfer me to account team, who never answer calls. I asked for call back, never call me back. I called them almost every day for 2 weeks. Same situation. Now when they know that it's me, they cut the call and when I call back, they don't answer anymore. That happened every time I called them. I am gonna report them to Trading standards.
If I could give 0 stars I would.
Do not contract with them. They will come up with fictitious charges constantly for a cancellation and will never confirm that they have carried out your cancellation even though you have jumped through every made up hoop they come up with. They will never speak to you about issues.
DO NOT GO NEAR THEM EVEN IF IT IS CHEAP AS IT ISN'T IN THE LONG RUN!!!!!
