Absolute bunch of criminals. Avoid at all costs. Promised great rates and integrations and compatibility.
To be fair they delivered on the rates but everything else they promised was a complete lie, They promise no hidden costs but the cheap rates are tarnished by hidden processing fees even though they’re emails say no hidden fees and costs.
They also brag about no exit fees if you decide to leave, but then when you try to leave they try and extort another 18months of fees from you.
When confronted on WhatsApp about the hidden fees they go silent and ignore you.
When you present them with evidence that you agreed to no exit fees after they demand money, again they just ignore you.
Avoid like the plague!!!!
ABYSMAL Service,
I contacted XEPAY in mid April, and opened an account as self employed(as per saved whatsapp conversation).
They sent the POS machine to the business address I have registered online(which they found on their own accord). I have never given them that address and never received the POS machin. They wouldn't send another machine -keep on charging me and want cancellation fees for a service I never received. I complained more than 5 times, IN VAIN.
They are very stubborn and arrogant. Legal action follows even though I have better things to do with my time
Selling you card machine comapny with false information
NO PCI
NO EXIT FEES
NO SET UP FEES
NO CONTRACT
Totally lie
Once they sell you contract they will auto renew your contract without informing you . Moreover, to cancel contract early there is charges £180 + They rest of left contract monthly charges . So stay away from this scammer. If any one call Xepay hang up the call straight way and ONE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE TOTALLY IGNORED
They renewed my one year contact for another 18 months without informing me, despite sending back the card reader and asking them well in advance not to renew my contract. Then I received a hefty bill for cancellation fee, payments for 18 months terminal rental, payment delay etc, while I sold my business months ago.
XEPAY is a SCAM and I have already informed the ombudsman. XEPAY is running scam daily and should not be allowed to rub hard working people without consequences. I have already reported them to ombudsman. The positive review are mostly fake, coming from businesses that are not
exist or were active years ago. Copy past their names to see they are not real !!
helped a lot to understand the system thanks!
It seems that unfortunately, it is easier to dissolve a marriage than to break ties with this company.
Their salesperson gave offers that the company will not uphold. Offers, plural.
Get absolutely everything you are offered in writing, by email or paper. Where you have been given false information, speak to your credit card company. Contact the financial ombudsman, report them to Action Fraud and Trading Standards and, if necessary go to court.
Be aware they seem to operate under two interchangeable names XEPOS and XEPAY (always a red flag with a company in my opinion), and be aware that honesty and integrity do not seem to be high on their agenda. I repeat, file chargebacks, contact the ombudsman, contact Action Fraud and Trading Standards, and, if it comes to it go to court.
I do not take writing a negative review lightly, neither do I think it okay to exaggerate or state things that are untrue. It is such a shame I was not warned. That is why I have chosen to write this review. In the hope that someone will be warned and can therefore make an informed decision. Here is my personal opinion: this company should not be allowed to operate and really ought be be shut down. If they continue like this, it will simply be a matter of time.
Muhammad Basim - Very friendly and understanding young man.

🚨 XEPAY / XEPOS – SCAM WARNING 🚨
XEPAY (also trading as XEPOS) is a scam company operating out of Birmingham. They use deceptive tactics to lock businesses into contracts with hidden fees, auto-renew without consent, and make it nearly impossible to leave.
We were given conflicting information about our contract’s end date, charged random fees, and then threatened with penalties—even after returning their equipment and having written proof!
They ignore calls, don’t respond to emails unless it’s to demand money, and refuse to resolve any issues. This isn’t a business – it’s a predatory operation.
Avoid XEPAY/XEPOS at all costs. Warn others. Report them. Don’t fall for the trap.
DO NOT BUY This is a scam
Told that was one off payment but if you dont keep paying for support you cannot make any changes to layouts or stock. Software is poor and not user friendly.
had to wipe hard drives as the operating system is locked down and they wont release admin passwords and installed Unicenta which is free and open source.
They have now started E-Mailing (after 3 years) saying we have noticed you are not using your system (I think there is a privacy or data protection issue here if they can see if machines are being used) I have replied but keep getting the same e-mails from their CRM system.
I did try to cancel originally but was told it was too late as the machines had been set up, this was of course a lie as delivery took another 2 weeks and then the software had to be downloaded.
DO NOT DEAL with this rip off outfit
UPDATE 19-5-25
Customer service wont remove my personal details unless I cancel a contract that i don't have from an e-mail that i no longer have. Customer service agents cannot do anything useful you would get more help from a 3 year old.
Do not touch with a barge pole. When you're in contract it's all fine. Try and leave and you're met with e-mails about your contract has been extended and there's a cancellation fee to pay. When you challenge that then it's about you not returning the terminal in time. And so it goes on one e-mail after another, all with different amounts you owe them for different reasons, all of which I've answered and disproved their argument but they keep coming up with new ones. After the latest one I'm ringing my solicitor on Monday to send them a Cease and Desist letter.
