Amazing support, all the times that I've had an issue with my server the support team has been able to fix it, Paige W helped me with manually installing a forge version and removing client sided mods that were messing with my server.

Joining the server takes too long
Joining the server takes too long, 3 to 5 minutes. I have fiber optic connection to my house so it is not a local issue. Often the connection fails initially for one of the players, there are 3 of us, so we sit around for 10 minutes waiting for everyone to get in the server.

Had an issue with Windrose server…
had an issue with Windrose server suddenly unable to join. Dealt with multiple team members thru the day to finally get it solved.
issue is with windrose invite codes being wonky at times.
