I hosted a Minecraft server using your…
I hosted a Minecraft server using your website services and bought the 8gb to play with 3-4 friends and when somebody connected it shut the server down and ONLY deleted the world folder which was strange to see when we logged on everything was in our inventories however the world was completely reset. I ran the backup save and it only set our inventories back and did not bring the world back to where we had it during that previous save. It demoralized us but we cheated to make a resemblance of our older setup and then the world reset a second time, this time the world was fine but somehow the mod pack randomly changed and updated on the spot without us changing anything at all???? In the end we just decided to play another game that wouldn’t have these issues and all together stopped playing Minecraft because of these issues. I will not be renewing the subscription, atleast it scratched that ever so often Minecraft itch.

Phenomenal support as usual. Been with Bisect for what I believe has been 8+ years and I dont regret a second of it. Ehryn S was incredibly helpful in my most recent ticket I had to open today. Yes, you can find cheaper hosts. However, in my many many years of running servers for myself and friends, I've yet to find a hosting service with customer service even close to Bisect. You truly pay for what you get with them. The premium price is without a doubt worth the premium service.

Fast, Polite, and Efficient!
Bought a Stardew Valley server for my friend and I to play whenever the other one is at work or just not home so we don't have to wait for one person to host. When I purchased a server I had trouble uploading our previous world and getting it working. I made a ticket with the .Zip file and they got it working in no time and fixed every technical issue I had. Amazing customer service and great pricing. I'm not super "Tech Savvy" so if you really need good communication and customer service I would recommend! They we fast, polite, and efficient.

VPS upgrade
I needed an upgrade to my VPS, Paige processed it within 30 minutes of my initial request. I'm astounded. It's 10PM PST on a holiday. I thought this would take at least a few days, definitely more than 24 hours, but here I am running my upgraded VPS with no interruption to my service.
