Had new boiler and additional radiator and pipe work added. Anything was explained during the first visit and quote. The guys came and worked non-stop .

I phoned Bishop Plumbing and Heating around 09.30, regarding a fault with our heating. The lady on the phone was extremely friendly and very helpful, and perfect as your 1st point of contact.
Paul arrived just after lunch, and quickly diagnosed the fault, and sorted it out very quickly. He also found that the system, which was installed 5 years previously, was missing vital filters, and gave us a rough breakdown of the costs. He advised us to contact the installer, and if they were unhelpful, to contact Gas Safe.
Unfortunately, the installer had ceased trading, and Gas Safe were unable to help, due to the ceased trading.
However, we will be contacting Bishop Plumbing and Heating to rectify the problem in the near future, as we can't rate them highly enough.

I needed my Mixergy hot water tank serviced. Booking was easy, job was done expertly, cost reasonable and invoice easy to pay.

Called Bishops in November as my boiler kept cutting out with red light flashing and had to be reset very many times a day and heating did not come on most mornings. Paid £195 for the call out and he did tests and cleaning but the problem persisted so he had to come back a couple of days later. The problem remained, I had been keeping a log and took a video of the flashing lights so these I sent to the office on 30 November when I was told by Kelly she would pass to Paul (Bishop). I heard nothing throughout December but as this would be a busy month for them, then it was the Xmas break, I didn't chase until the New Year when I returned from a trip. I contacted them twice in January, sending an updated log and further video but still heard nothing back from them. Finally I spoke to Jodie in February who told me I had left it too long to revert - yet I had been waiting for them to contact me as I'd been told they would and gave them extra time because of the time of year! Jodie informed me I'd have to pay another £195. She also insisted that the engineer had fixed the fault so this must be something else that has gone wrong. Really? When it's the exact same fault that has been ongoing since I first called in November? Admittedly, after I challenged this notion, Jodie passed on a message to me from Paul that if he found it to be the same problem that they hadn't fixed, then he would refund the second £195. By now I was disillusioned with this company and had no confidence that they would admit it even if there was evidence to prove they were wrong. On top of that I cannot cancel my service contract without paying over £97 as I was advised by Kelly that the service contract had recently automatically renewed, so I'm locked into my direct debit continuin to pay out monthly until 3rd January unless I pay the lump sum figure. Not happy.

I use Bishop Plumbing every year (and for any emergency call outs) to service my flat's Megaflo unvented cylinder. Their engineers are always professional, friendly, informative and timely.
I also like that they give you a call shortly before their arrival. Wish other services would offer the same!

Really pleased with the work carried out by Paul and his team. We had our heating system converted from an open vented system to a combi boiler, relocated from the kitchen to the loft. The quote was competitive and we were well informed about everything from start to finish. The engineers were considerate and clean and tidy and we were really pleased with their work. We thoroughly recommend using Bishop Plumbing and Heating.

I changed the cylinder with a combi boiler, it's an expensive job, a £5000 job that you think about many times before you make this decision to do it. This team of plumbers made everything easier for me.
On Thursday,Paul came to my house and give me a quote, on Friday they got everything they needed and on Monday they changed the old boiler and the cylinder with a combi boiler. They were very professional, punctual, clean and had the patience to explain everything I need.
I would definitely give them 10 stars if I could.
I highly recommend this company and this team.
