Great service, this is the second time we've used Bishops and both times the work has been carried out to a great standard.

The work today was for a boiler service and aside from sorting it out and advising on ways to make it more efficient, they went above and beyond to give us advice on improving our water pressure.

They have great knowledge, go above and beyond and come across as genuinely interested in helping their customers.

Outstanding service. I am a lady of 72 and I must say the quality, professionalism, courtesy of work from Paul and his team is outstanding.

Paul is always very courteous, professional and friendly. He explains what he does and makes sure I'm OK with everything as im elderly. I've had him for several years but now moving away, will be sorry to not use Bishops anymore but highly recommend them if you want a company who you can rely on and trust!

Engineer was knowledgeable and listened to us. He answered politely and explained our problem.

David completed the work to the highest possible standard and consulted us on details as the work progressed and really showed commitment to our customer satisfaction. We would 100% recommend Bishop and will definitely use them again.

AMAZING SERVICE!!!
After trying to get a plumber for months! Leaving messages and the plumbers not returning my calls. I found Bishops Plumbing. Rang late afternoon he arrived 8.00am the next morning. Repaired and replaced faulty part. The young guy was a credit to his profession and the company he works for. So refreshing in today's world. I don't usually write reviews but l felt compelled to do so. As the service was 110 percent.

Company called half an hour before engineer arrived who did so on time. He was very friendly, courteous and professional. Would recommend this company for a boiler service.

Initially dealt with Jodie was very professional - listened to the enquiry and answered promptly, politely and accurate with the reply quote.

Well planned and executed. We were told when services would be off and how long( short periods).
Tidy and neat operation. They said 2 days - I had my doubts but they were true to their word.
Now have a fully functioning boiler! Controls all set up and working.

Just a small job needed with a slow filling loo. Easy booking process, great customer service and when Harry turned up he was full of smiles, even on a baking hot day. Always worry as we only have the one loo in the house. Sorted with a new part within the hour. The invoice arrived quickly and was cheaper than I thought. Would definitely use again. Thanks to all.

Paul and the family Bishop are always professional and should there be any issues they are dealt with quickly and efficiently. Staff are helpful and customer service is excellent, which I found very reassuring. I have used them more than once.

Friendly and efficient booking for boiler and cylinder service. Clean and tidy work practices as well as very helpful professional observations about future system improvement. Get the feeling there is a genuine care ethic.
