Our appointment for servicing our boiler was very prompt. We had a problem of kettling with our boiler. This was explained succinctly and adjustments were made. Advice was given re further remedial action in a clear way.

Paul came to quote on Tuesday and work started the next day. New unvented hot water cylinder plus several other alterations to the heating system. Dave did most of the work and his attention to detail is amazing - as a fellow tradesman I value those that take pride in the work that is never going to be seen again (under floorboards and in chases etc). Paul joined him on the last day and was equally attentive and I am very happy with the work that they have done.

We will happily recommend to anyone in the area - we don’t intend to make any more alterations to our heating system but would definitely use Bishop again if we do! Just a shame that they don’t offer oil boiler servicing as we would happily have them back every year. Thanks again and nice to meet you both.

Paul and Dave came to our house to replace and re site the boiler. They were great from the start… came to look at it when they said they would, turned up on time and worked cleanly and efficiently. They have been back to check on the work and re programme the boiler. They are thoroughly decent people and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Routine boiler service through their service plan. All went well and everything was nicely explained to me.

I had previously paid £75 for another company to come and misdiganose teh problem iwth my underfloor heating. I wasn't entierly convinced with their explanation of teh problem and felt I had been 'fobbed of' with being told to buy an expensive new unit when teh actual rooot cause couldn't be identified, despite them being accredited by the manufacturer. Paul, on the other hand, had conclusively identified that it was a much cheaper fix, a faulty thermostat, in a very short space of time. He took the time to read the installation schematics and his knowledge was clearly second to none. VERY impressed and would definitely use again. You can be confident you will not be taken for a ride...

Paul & his team fitted us a new hot water tank (Mixergy system) and also replaced a shower. They have done a great job. Would use again.

Amazing Service! Used Paul ever since I brought my first house.Him and his team have done it all for me.

New boilers, added radiators, annual services. They have always given first class service!

New boiler and hot water tank installed quickly and efficiently. David was excellent.
Great attention to detail, everything fully explained and clean and tidy throughout. Delighted.
There was a minor problem with the Halo system which was quickly sorted out with Ideal boilers.

I had my gas boiler serviced. The date for the servicing was postponed (by me and by Bishop) but communications were clear. The actual servicing was very thorough, and the technician David explained things well. He even cleaned the magnetic filter and provided me with a certificate, all for a reasonable price. I will definitely use Bishop Plumbing and Heating again.

Paul arrived today to do my annual service. He listened and agreed to my concerns about my heating system having potential leaks, following a new system (excluding boiler, which was fitted by Bishops four years ago) being put in two years ago. This was by other contractors, following an insurance claim, and Paul gave me good advice on what to do next.
He was friendly, polite and sympathetic and worked efficiently and tidily. Highly recommended
