From start to finish Bishop Plumbing and Heating were very professional and efficient when my boiler started leaking water. Paul Bishop was very clear with the options available and the costs for each new boiler. Dave who installed the boiler and who carried out the initial inspection, was very knowledgeable, polite and carried out the new boiler installation to a professional standard. My wife and I would definitely recommend using Bishop Plumbing and Heating.

We value the competence, knowledge and helpfulness of Paul Bishop who worked on our boiler's annual maintenance. When a bolt broke he told us exactly how it happened, that he had already arranged an Ideal engineer to arrive in a few days, that the boiler was working perfectly in the meantime. We were reassured, and the Ideal engineer arrived as promised and made the repair in one hour. Paul Bishop's communication and explanations are clear and accurate.

Bishops always respond very quickly to problems. Issue with boiler sorted within 24 hours ( and would have been sooner if I’d said it was urgent) . Excellent work,always.

From start to finish Bishop Plumbing & Heating provided a competitive, professional and friendlky service. Our CH boiler was declared unsafe leaving us without hot water and warmth. Paul reacted quickly submitted a quote and made resources available immediately.
David, our installation engineer, attended the next day and managed to replace our faulty boiler and clean the CH system all in the same day. I cannot praise the company enough. Both Paul and David did a great job for a competitive price in a friendly and efficient manner

Since writing my last review it has come to light that there was an administrative error which was generating an invoice after I had paid. However, this has now been cleared up. I have used this company many times and recommend them highly.

A boiler breakdown is usually bad news, and where do you turn, best way forward is to get 3 quotes from different organisations, meet the engineers and go from there. It was apparent that Paul Bishop knew what was required, quoted a reasonable cost, but even better got on with the necessary work very quickly. His engineer David, was the epitome of professionalism, clean efficient and a nice chap, and bingo the job was done, all on time and indeed cleared up afterwards, I am glad that I picked this company, cannot say better, and no I am not connected or related, just delighted with the job

These guys were amazing. They were punctual, polite and courtesy to us and our home. They fitted and installed a new boiler for us. They didn't tell us just what we wanted to hear, they gave us detailed explanation of what is best for us to make our decision which was so helpful. Emails and any questions answered quickly and they were just lovely people to have round to get the job done. 10 put 10.

After initial installation and 4 annual services later this company still maintains its high standards & professionalism. It’s great to have a local company who are friendly and helpful when you call them , and are highly recommended, thank you Paul & you’re team.

I was impressed from start to finish with our boiler replacement. Would definitely recommend!
- Very detailed quote - I could see exactly what I was getting and made comparisons easier.
- David put in our new boiler - not only was he courteous and friendly, but he was very sensitive to the nap schedule of our little one and made sure he didn't interrupt me when I was on a conference call.
- Very clean - tidied up well after themselves. Usually we need to hoover after tradesmen leave - not this time.
- They stayed until I was completely sorted. There was a technical glitch with getting my app connected (nothing to do with them - it was an issue with my wifi). At no point did they try to rush the paperwork through or make me feel like an inconvenience. They did what it took to get it sorted and were good company while we waited.
- Paul was a mind of useful information on getting the most out of our boiler and getting max energy efficiency. Far from plugging in and running, he stayed to make sure I understood how everything worked and gave great tips on getting my energy bills down.
