It was unclear how poor this machine is in terms of lifting dirt. What it does is simply scrub slowly around the floor. With a farmhouse floor to deal with all that happens is that you end up with a mop and bucket to rinse the floor..... Machine itself is fine, but it does nt do much tbh...cheaper to stick to a mop and bucket as you ll end up using it anyway !

Easy to assemble and effortless to use.

I got a bissell crosswave pet pro, first the motor went in warranty so that got changed but I got a steamer while it was away getting fixed so I didn't use it for about 2 month then when I started using it the motor went again but it's now out of warranty so that was poor but the biggest drow back with this has just been the dirty water it leaves behind like after the first month where it was the best thing since sliced bread for my tile floors it just had niggles dirty water in small pools trials of dirt marks no matter how much I clean the wheels and the underneath , motors blowing , I'd say the price makes me think 3 to 5 years this should last but the reality is it's been poor quality in my own experience and that's annoying as I used to trust the brand now I don't.

Excellent service, spoke to a very nice man, who listened and understood my problem, even though I had ordered my product in May, we never opened it till December and there was something missing, he totally understood and replaced the missing items and they arrived the very next day, as promised. After receiving a Shark steamer (which had been used but sold as new), so looked for alternatives. Although the Bissell does not scrub, I felt a vacuum with steam was the next best choice.

Price was competitive, delivery timescale was good, which arrived slightly earlier and needed to try the steamer the day it arrived - what a good job done.
