I have really been impressed with BitBox. I preordered the BitBox nova 02 & had to wait. When my device was shipped it went missing. Luciano has been amazing at sorting it out. As soon as the problem came to light they shipped another one straight away, which I received with 3 days of it being ordered. Luciano then checked in with me after it had been delivered to check that everything was ok with the package. 5 star customer service in my book!! I would definitely recommend this company for anyone looking to purchase a hardware wallet for storing their bitcoin. Once received I have found it really easy to use.

BitBox display fault…
After having used the BitBox02 for some time, the display for no apparent reason had stopped working.
When connecting with the BitBox support team, Luciano was very helpful in helping to check and test the unit, and then without hassle, informed me that the unit will be replaced free of charge. Thanks to Luciano and his team for a professional service.

Due to new regulations in EU
Due to new regulations in EU, some exchanges ask for signing transfer to BitBox02 self-custody wallet. I asked for support and they indicated the solution. Download Electrum or Sparrow app, and you will be able to sign the transfer of BTC.

I had a great experience getting my first bitbox02 02 in 2021. Worked perfectly and had no problems until now 2025. The screen didn't seem to work anymore but they sent me a new one without me having to pay for it and now I'm happy have a new bitbox again and being able to have my own wallet.
