The Bitbox02 is something I’ve wanted to purchase for a long time and I finally bought one despite already owning a different hardware wallet - it is simply the best hardware wallet I’ve ever had the pleasure of using - the product itself is simple to use but so innovative with its touch sensors and I very much appreciate the company’s newsletters and very friendly support - very happy to be on board and very happy with my product - thank you to everyone on the BitBox team, I look forward to future released

If I was to add anything, I’d love to one day see an iOS app so I could use this on my mobile, but I know this is down to Apple in relinquishing their tight control over the USB-C port of iPhones, I’m hoping they come round to it soon

Ledger Stax vs. BitBox02.

I have several Wallets tested up to now. Ledger Nano X, Ledger Nano S+, Ledger Stax and BitBox02 Bitcoin only edition.

Since I have an IPhone a BitBox is useless on the go and even if I would have an Android Phone, the missing Bluetooth on the BitBox would make it much less comtable then using a Ledger Nano X or Ledger Stax.

Big atvantage of the Stax is the incredible good readable display what makes it very easy to verify transactions or receiving adresses. BitBox and also Nano X and Nano S+ are much harder to read due to they little OLED Displays.

I know the concerns about the recovery solution of Ledger and also I have concerns if the seed could be stolen even if the feature is not activated, but this possibility is generally there on all Hardware Wallets. The Manufacturer is always able to implement such a backdoor. Actualy nobody dose that also Ledger not so I decided to have a BitBox for longterm holdings since ther is no Battery inside and therefore no Maintenance is required but for more or less daily use and emidiate transfer of new fund from a exchange to a Hardware Wallet i definatly prefer my Ledger Stax.

I never lost funds and i think also much people talking about losing there funds make a mistake by there own. I think the Trustvalue of Ledger and BitBox is not completly compareable because due to the much more supported coins on Ledger there are also more common customers and BitBox is more used by semi professionals. Just my opinion.

So I love both but more my Stax.

I never experienced such a brilliant service like this one. Communicating with experts right from the start. Great support in solving my BitBox02 issue and furthermore superb exchange regarding a BIP topic. Hardwallet!? Nothing else than BitBox! Keep the service at that level, please.

My experience with the Bitbox is excellent since 4 years! I recently had an issue like the screen was not working anymore, so I sent an email to the support & within a few days I got a new Bitbox as a FREE replacement, even though the guarantee is only for 2 years! The company does very well in producing high-quality products & also has a very fast and competent customer support (Luciano). I would definitely recommend Bitbox!

Bitbox intentionally did not pay Affiliate commissions even though I brought them a lot of customers. I find this behavior to be lacking in transparency, intentionally withholding money and disrespecting partners.

Very good Support! Setting up the box went well. For a fee, you can get help with the setup. I think that's quite good if you are very unsure. But there are video instructions on the BitBox website and youtube too. So at the moment everything looks good. Thank you BitBox Team

easy to use, very happy with it

My experience with the service is really great. Fast reaction and very friendly support gave me a very fast solution for my problem. More and more companies are drifting to KI but here you still get a nice and comprehensive partner with NI (Natural Intelligence) to talk to. To buy a BITBOX was a very good decision (I came from ledger) and I can recomment BITBOX to everyone. It a very good choice. Many thanks to Luciano for his help.
