Horrible Customer Service

Like many others, I have yet to receive a response from customer service. My request number is 349651. Withdrew funds on February 9th, haven’t received anything, sent multiple tickets through February and March, but not even a response. Sent a twitter message - no response. Horrible customer service, will never use them again.

Unable to login using proper username…

Unable to login using proper username and PW. 'Sign-in' button won't light up to click. Tried logging on from my phone and was asked to 'validate my device' and when I tried I received this 'there was an error validating your device'. I use to love this platform but have zero confidence in this company now.

Terrible customer service

Once again I find myself at wits end dealing with the worst customer service offered by a crypto company. I sent in my original ticket 345188 February 12th. It’s now March 4th and still crickets! I have reached out to sales 3 times with the promise they will pass on my concerns to fix my login issue. Still no response, If I’m ever able to access my account again I’m moving everything to another company where you are able to speak with a real person to help you out if needed. I feel as if Bitbuy is denying my access to my money. Does anyone else have this issue with them? Unless your a computer geek KEEP AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!

Bitbuy is very unprofessional

Bitbuy is very unprofessional.
They're holding my crypto currencies without my approval. They're demanding me to send screenshots of my personal wallet, which is a very big invasion of privacy.
My coins are frozen and are dropping in value because gentlemen from Bitbuy are refusing to release them and I am not able to take action to prevent further loss of my funds. I would recommend all crypto traders to avoid Bitbuy in a big circle.

the worst platform ever .

the worst platform ever .. extremely poor support , No bonus,
No rewards , they charge high fees for both deposit and withdrawal which are both free in other platforms ...recently they charge 5% of any trade .. so whatever you make .. they actually take it as their fees .. they have a highest charge among all the crypto platforms not in Canada but in whole universe .. be smart and be away from this bitby ..

I tried to sell bitcoin this morning to…

I tried to sell bitcoin this morning to buy into another crypto as there was no btc pairing on it. I tried to market sell a certain amount and when I did the section that shows how much I will get back started to refresh. All amounts came up as $0 so I didn’t click sell. I went over to limit sell at $85500 and it said an error occurred please try again. I contacted support early this morning and have heard nothing back. Bitcoin is now down to almost $83000 and the crypto I wanted to buy is up 63%

My name is Indra Tamang. I transferred $8890 from my Bank to BITBUY to transfer funds from METAMASK in USDT with the help of Jeffrey so called agent from Voltrax. Jeffrey tried to transfer the funds to his account and BITBUY warned me this is suspicious wallet address you are transferring the funds. I immediately sent them email to STOP withdrawal because this withdrawal is done by jefferey which is a scam. But one of the staff from BITBUY got through the pending withdrawal to Jeffery account. I sent them many EMAILS for investigation but BITBUY is involved in scam with one of the staff and Jefferey. Be careful from BITBUY is full of scammer team inside BITBUY, agents from Voltrax and many others are linked with some of the staff in BITBUY. They are scammer. Stay away from BITBUY they are scammer.

Stay away from staking

Stay away from staking. They do not follow their stated timeline for staking and unstaking. Makes it extremely difficult to plan moves and ends up costing you a lot of time and money. Apparently they changed the process without any regard for their customers. the info they provide about staking is inaccurate. Definitely left a sour taste and actively looking to move assets away from deceitful company wonderfi.

I have been trying all week to log in to my account. I keep getting “You’re signing in from a new browser or device, please check your email to verify this browser or device to continue”. I am NOT getting the e mail so I cannot ‘continue’. I have been using the same browser, the same computer and the same e mail , ever since I was with Coinberry. Something is wrong at your end.

Decent on/off ramp

1. they charge high fees. For 3000$ CAD they charge me 60 CAD on a single transaction when on other centralized exchanges you pay 7-10 CAD/3000$ market order EDIT: For some reason exchanges charge more in express or mobile mode. If you go to the pro mode it is a fraction of it so always use pro mode. This is the same for kraken
2. They ask intimate question like how much money do you have saved and where is this transaction going like its their business. They say its because of regulation but not that specific like how much saving you have etc.
3. Recently blocking outgoing BTC transaction, even tho I answered all their questions. This is a major red flag EDIT: they released my funds.

Horrible experience

Horrible experience. I had an account in coinsmart which got auto migrated to Bitbuy and this company charges so much on every transaction, Also, charges 1.5% on withdrawal. Closing my account

BitBuy is AWFUL compared to COINSMART

BitBuy is AWFUL compared to the company they absorbed COINSMART. VIP service is not NEARLY as good, platform is just ok, service for a larger trader is pathetic. Can't transfer USD from my USD bank account which I could do at COINSMART. Heading to another platform and withdrawing my money.

It's terrible company

It's terrible company, I could not transfer my crypto, I have to replied though email go and back for more then 1 months but still, they asked transfer to who for what and what my business company bra bra, and when I tried to withdraw my money as well when click withdraw the page will show empty but when you click deposit it's work very well, now I just want my money back and transfer my crypto to some where else, I really sick about it
