Absolutely great. Speaking to the sales guys to getting the machine delivered was very easy. I was able to speak to a person before confirming my order to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. Delivery was easy and the delivery and once delivered it didn't take long to get it all up and running.

The guys at Bitcade from start to finish were amazing from sales enquiry to me messing them about with the delivery times, I couldn’t fault them. Oh and the games machine itself - a beautiful piece of kit, well made, solid and just works. Having brilliant fun reliving my miss-spent youth and getting not much work done while working from home :) If you are thinking about one, do it, you won’t regret it.

Delivered professionally on time

Old gamer found “memory lane” and can get a “fix” on-demand! The table is sturdy and has solid controls… and you will want the glass top; spilled my drink the 1st night…. And the games look just as they were years ago - VGA is VGA - crisp & clear screen, sound effects are a laugh!

Minor issue at delivery with one wire, became disconnected. No problem; Ethan and the game gnomes took care of me - sent me the tool and ten minutes later, I am in gaming heaven. Service could not of been better!

From start to finish dealing with the team was a pleasure and a breeze. The machine arrived on the said due date and was well protected.
Set up was easy with the instructions supplied. The only problem now is I can’t get the rest of the family off it.

I ordered the 3 sided player coffee table with additional pacman graphics and underglow lighting. The build quality is outstanding and very professional. The games are spot on and exactly as remembered.
