Got the star wars cocktail arcade machine. It's awesome. The top graphics are brilliant. The rest of the machine is finished in black. Anyway I love it. So many games. Cool.

Delighted with my 42" Typhon - it looks fantastic, and plays brilliantly. Bitcode were incredibly responsive, and it was delivered exactly on schedule.

I had previously owned a 60 in one cocktail cabinet which gave me access to some of the classic arcade games but it simply wasn't enough for me and I wanted the full arcade cabinet experience so I did my homework and found the best options were at BitCade so I ordered the 2 player 32" Hydra cabinet with some upgrades and Hyperspin inc 000's of games (almost every game I remember playing was there).
The product is breathtaking quality and looks absolutely stunning. It arrived with so much protective packaging on it that it took be 30 minutes just to unwrap it which is what you want to ensure your new toy is in perfect condition!
I simply couldn't be happier with the product or the support offered by Ethan and Jack and would have no hesitation in recommending BitCade to anyone.
If you are still reading reviews, save yourself some time and just buy your dream arcade cabinet. your only hard decision is which machine is perfect for you.

Bitcade are one of the most professional businesses I've had the pleasure of dealing with, constant communication at every step and always available, they made picking the right options easy.

Once receiving the product things only got better, the machine was built to very high standard, the artwork printed was of fantastic quality and the build itself was just the same, I cannot recommend this company enough!!!

Don’t get me wrong- I absolutely adore my arcade machine from Bitcade, but since trying to contact their support I’ve been hit with a wall of silence. I’ve now tried 3 times with a concern about how the joysticks have been bizarrely configured by their supposed build experts. Unfortunately, Bitcade are either unwilling or unable to answer my question and so don’t bother. This is really not a great way to treat your customers, especially after they’ve paid you such a hefty amount.

For the record, the last time I wrote a review on here concerned about Bitcade’s build quality (refurbed PC with a big hole where the DVD drive once was, a VGA(!!!) cable instead of, say, HDMI, impossible to lock wheels, joystick knobs that come loose easily, an unregistered installation of Windows…) I got a reply addressing most points, but foremost telling me I should have contacted support with my concerns rather than complain here. Well, guess what- I tried that and it got me diddly squat, so here I am writing a negative review again :(

Perfecr service really. You have a huge variety to choose from when it comes to picking your desired gaming experience. Everything is also in perfect retro condition, so much so that I am now a World Recors holder for one if the arcade games 👀🏆

This nostalgia at its finest if like me you grew up in the 80s playing these games. The whole purchasing process was simple and finance is available for those who want it. Customer services answered all my questions via the contact me tab straight away not 24hrs later as you often find. I was updated about delivery and delivery was on time. My only negative with the whole process is the delivery driver wouldn't carry my machine in the house and it was only the Mrs who was in. If it was raining this would have been a major problem due to the fact she had to make arrangements for someone to come to the house to get the machine inside.

This said it wasn't a major problem and I would give this company 5*****

Probably the single greatest purchase I have made! I tried retro game emulation on various consoles/PC's/devices over the years but they never felt worth playing when you could be playing a "proper" game. Having the cabinet makes it a deliberate occasion. I think about a game from my youth, and just go and play it. But also there are so many great games you have never heard about! I purchased the cabinet with the lightgun option and very glad I did. Time Crisis is still a classic. The cabinet sits in my kitchen/dining area and I love just dipping in out of games throughout the day. The unit boots up very quickly ~ 1 minute. If you are on the fence about justifying such a luxury purchase, as was I, then just go for it. You wont regret it :)

Ethan and the whole team at Bitcade have been amazing. Had a custom cabinet built and it's a thing of beauty. Beautifully made, worked straight away, delivered on time with great comms. Just a really great company to work with.
