Cracking arcade machine.
Communicative service. Takes you back to childhood. Well worth the money.

I ordered a hyperspin machine from Bitcade it arrived exactly on the day promised. It has 9000 games and is surprisingly easy to use the only problem I have had to date is the wife moaning about the sound of it. I know I can turn it down but where’s the fun in that. As a teenager of the 80s i remember spending a lot of time in arcades playing these games and I think the way the games load up and the general finish of the cabinet couldn’t be replicated any better. Very impressed with the company and back up received to date Kind regards to everyone who has helped me up to now Martin.

Brilliant arcade machine and stand.

Had trouble with the first stand where it was damaged on arrival however Bitcade replaced it with no fuss.

The Minotaur arcade cabinet from Bitcade both looks the part and has the nostalgic game credentials to back it up, offering hours of fun for both the young and the young-at-heart in our household. A minor issue with one of the joysticks upon delivery was dealt with professionally and promptly by the Bitcade team, and we were up and running in no time.

A blow by blow breakdown of the whole delivery process, including a call from the driver an hour beforehand on the designated day meant we were kept in the picture all the way.
The unit arrived palletised, complete with heavy duty bubble wrap, in pristine condition when finally unveiled.
It works perfectly and, takes me back to my early formative years.
Outcome? One VERY happy recycled teenager! 👏👌💪✌️🙏🤗

Absolutely brilliant.
A present I got for my Dad which has brought the whole family hours of fun (and competitive arguments) already!
The art work is fantastic and the machine is immaculately put together, the customer service is brilliant too, always ready to answer any questions or issues you may have.
I'd recommend Bitcade to anybody who's thinking of getting an arcade machine.

The Arcade Machine is fantastic, everyone who has seen it said it was awesome, and worth every penny. It was delivered ahead of schedule, and bitcade are very responsive to any questions.

Fantastic buying and service experience from Bitcade. I bought a retro (built as new) 1980s 1/2-player cocktail arcade games table which came on the day promised and is just fantastic. I added several extras such as button lights and coin mech to help recreate the experience I remember from bars in the 80s.

There were a few v minor snags on setting it up which the team at Bitcade responded immediately to and talked me through how to resolve (issues I had inadvertently created). They were brilliant and responded late on a Friday night too when I didn’t expect them to come back to me until the Monday.

I should also say that I ordered this for my wife and she had ordered one for me the same day before Christmas and they refunded one of the orders without any fuss.

Wish all companies could offer such great products and responsive service

Great communications, speedy replies and end product what exactly as described. Product was dispacteched and delivered as promised and really well packaged to keep safe in transit.
Purchased a 27" bartop arcade machine with Pardora DX and then went back for the stand couple of weeks later because I wanted the flexibility of bartop or stand up. Both stand and set are solid, well made and professional.
Would and will use Bitcade again, very happy!

Purchased HyperSpin model the workmanship on the cabinet is superb, the buttons, joystick and screen all excellent.
The games are fantastic, the online support person managed to fix a bug in the system online at 10.30pm. Service is great, well worth the effort its taking me back to early 80s in the Enterprise in Glasgow playing Centipede with tracker ball makes it all worth it.

Excellent personalised service from start to finish from Bitcade who provided a brilliant arcade machine when another company messed up and let us down. It was delivered when promised and works beautifully. Thanks everyone at Bitcade!

We ordered and recieved our custom arcade cabinet just before Christmas. My kids were thrilled and have thoroughly enjoyed discovering and playing all of the classic games. Jack and the team at Bitcade were very responsive and helpful and delievered exactly what we ordered bang on time. We can highly recomend Bitcade and their services.

Arrived ahead of schedule, was very well packaged. Kids and I both love it. Only downside was sound it could have done with a frontal speaker. For the price cant complain. Will definitely buy a 4 player machine in future.
