An amazing company that not only sells arcades but also the kits to build them yourselves. I love my arcade cabinet. The DIY kit has allowed me to choose to use my system and options. The cabinet is well made and easy to put together. When I had issues they responded to each of my concerns and provided a solution.

I would recommend to anyone looking for a well made Arcade Cabinet.

Great service, really responsive to questions and custom requests. I went for the 4 player Typhon. It's a beast of a machine, really solid, and looks amazing. It's got just about very game on it I remember playing in the arcades as a kid. Will keep my boys amused for years!

Bought the bartop arcade with the optional stand.
All works great straight out the packaging and came exactly when I was told it would.

Most amazing thing I've ever owned!

The team custom designed an arcade machine for me and I've seriously never been more in love with an object. It's brilliant. Plays amazing. 3000 games and basically any classic game you can think of and countless others you never knew existed are on there. The artwork and build quality are first rate and it arrived superfast. All in all I cant recommend Jack and the team at Bitcade enough. Buy one, it will make you so happy!

I am over the moon with my unit it is everything i had hoped for it came packaged so well with about 20 layers of bubble wrap on it protecting the unit itself.

The design on the sides looks so professional.

The kids are loving it.

The level of service is super professional, you usually get a reply to an email with twenty minutes.

The cabinet itself is fantastic! Super easy to set-up and use and I'm really impressed with the quality. The artwork on the cabinet is great and has been applied really well, the controls feel good and the screen is great. I'm honestly impressed with the overall build quality.

If I had room in my office I'd be seriously tempted to order another one! Would highly recommend.

Bitcade have been excellent to me from start to finish. I've bought an all singing all dancing arcade unit with everything on, and its fantastic. Build quality of cabinet is great and the custom artwork is first class. Any teething troubles I had on set up have been sorted promptly via direct message. Fully recommend them.

Delivered on time and exactly as described!

I saw their arcade games machines at a Video Game exhibition and spent quite a while on it. Picked up a brochure and also visited the Bitcade website to see what they were all about. I decided to order one of their machines and I have to say, I am really impressed with it. OK, I had to wait a few weeks for delivery, but it's well worth the wait! The machine has just about every retro arcade game I can think of, and a lot more that I didn't know, but are great fun to play.
