For all of you who rate 1 star go back to the books and understand crypto and the world of it before coming to any crypto based businesses and actually read the fine print ive been with this casino since 2021 and they in my experience are great they even give me a birthday bonus every year even when i dont deposit a single dime theyre cashouts can be slow with that yes i agree however they always pay i give and keep my rating at 5 stars theyre a great upcoming casino but its negative players like these with 1 star that don’t understand to actually READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

I have won money and have been paid out. Just recently though i was screwed over with the vip bonous. They did not give me what there site said the bonous should be. I talked to customer service. Who by the way are rude and unprofessional. They escalated to a manager only to not give me what their site claims to be vip bonous. They told me it is over with and their descion is final. I did not get the bonous that the vip should get. And just a few hours ago i was cashing out 17 ltc only to be denied claiming i violated terms of service. They pay out when they want. They just keep scamming me. And they refuse to correct it. I plan to tell everyone everyday to not play at bitcoin casino.us.

They always pay me. Do not use bonuses unless you understand the terms. Most of them require 30x play through with bet amount and game restrictions.

I've played there since 2020, never had any major problems. 95% of the time they pay me within 12 hours.

FOR ANYONE SAYING THEY RIG THEIR GAMES-- No they don't. I have bought bonuses and hit 30k plus (Cleo's Book), and most recently (The Night Racing) bought a $150 bonus and hit $15K. Multiple hits for 5kish range. The highest line pay (without bonus) was on Cleo's Book. I think my bet was around $3 and won $1400. The bonuses are where the money is, but be careful buying them because you can lose your butt also.

They took my deposit and disabled my account as I was playing. SCAM SO STEER CLEAR!!!

My husband was asking for a bonus, he and the chat worker, Isaac, got into some hackle and Isaac, rather than being professional, suspended his account saying he has a gambling addiction. Zero stars they r a scam i had sent a deposit and in the time from sending til went back to site they closed my account for sone reason and i had just sent $100 so i talked to them they said send us ur wallet address and they will refund well two weeks later nothing and when contact them they say its processing and b patient im never getting tjat mobey they straight up stole it they r theifs and criminals should b shut down

im in same boat, funny this all started after bitcoin shot up past 40k, along with maybe a big jackpot being hit, it seems its end of days for them. but of course they still send out promotional emails, like anyone would add more money. Im a 4 year vip player, and this is 1st time for this, so doesnt seem likely its just tech issues

UPDATE 12/15: FINALLY PAID!!! HOPEFULLY OTHERS GOT THEIR WINNINGS TOO!

Like others, I win and requested a cash out on Saturday 12/2. It is now 12/5 and nothing. Contacted the VIP Manager and this is what he said:

We have a technical issue with outgoing transactions. Our tech team is working on it 24/7. Once the situation will be solved, your payment will be processed with priority.
I know this is not solving anything but I added a bonus to your account. You can play until the withdrawal will be processed.

Update December 7:

Still waiting on Cashout, spoke with Chat and they told me something slightly different today:

Rep: Thank you so much for your patience. Indeed we are experiencing delays due to technical issues at this time. Our technical department is working on resolving them, and they will be fixed just as soon as possible. I am sorry for the inconvenience and I hope for your understanding

Me: So do not play here until this is resolved

Rep: I've consulted with the financial department – your withdrawal has been approved and the funds will be sent as soon as we have the technical ability to do so

Me: It still says pending

Rep: That is correct, due to technical limitations there is no way to indicate that the withdrawal is approved, but is waiting to be sent, the status will change when the issues are resolved and the funds are sent

*So there you have it, I will update once or if I ever receive the Cashout but as shown their payment system is DOWN.

I have had a withdrawal request for a week now and no submission yet. Will modify this review if anything changes. Withdrawal is for 200 litecoin on November 28. Deposit for btc on December 1 was approved immediately.

I signed up for an account and was provided a deposit bonus. I won about $500 and attempted to cash out. They rejected my withdrawal claiming my wagers were too high and thus violated their bonus terms and conditions. I never received my money.

Same experience as the review below by "Greg". Won 4500 DOGE and it's been 3 days and counting on the cash out. I'm not sure what's going on but I would stay far away from this nonsense. I've cashed out more than this on previous occasions but this one has sealed the deal for me.

I will share my experience with you. The games are awful! It was basically a poor experience all around for me! Completely unprofessional platform that is intended to defraud. My life has completely changed as a result of my investment with my image profile. They do pay out profits on time, and I can rely on them.

If I could give zero stars that is more suiting . These ppl scammed me out of my mo ey..I really recommend that no player ever ever deposites their crypto into thus Casino. I won over 30k and they didn't cash ne out made up some bogus excuse saying I had multiple accounts and that's not your so I asked them to show me proof that they had about the multiple accounts and I hot nothing no response and they blocked my account so I wasn't able to log back on to see my winning they refused to cash me out. Not only that but if they saw I had multiple accounts and they weren't cashing me out why did they let me deposite 10k because that's what it took for me to win that 30k they wouldn't even return me my 10k..they are thieves and very bad business ...shady shady casino.this actually happened 12/2021

It's true they start off ok, but then after a while they will manipulate the games and will not let you win anymore. It's a trick to get you feeling like you can trust them and then you go make more deposits and more deposits and everytime the same result happens "you loose" because that part has already been determined before you made those additional deposits... They play with the return to player algorithm. In fact it not random it's predetermined... This has been tested and I can say this with certainty.

Sent my DOGE deposit of 386 around 8:15 a.m. and here it is 1:00 p.m. and still no sign of it. They are trying to sell me on a technical issue but I can see that the deposit is sitting in the wallet. This is the same wallet they attached to my account and it is the last time I log in to this site. Funny thing is it's the First time....
I will be surprised if it shows up at all. Scam to say the least. Avoid this site AT ALL COST!!!!
