I wouldn't even give them one star if I had the option!! TOTAL SCAM!! I won the grand jackpot on Elvis frog for 75mbtc which brought my balance to around 90 mbtc and then when I tried to cash out just a few mbtc it said rejected and all of a sudden it said insufficient funds and my balance was 0.0 apparently I violated some sort of bonus by betting too high but the thing is I asked not to add any bonuses and I won the jackpot on a bet of only 0.075 and the said "violation" was from the week prior and prior to another withdrawal as well. They stated they made an exception the first time and it won't happen again even though this was never brought to my attention until I attempted to make a larger withdrawal. I notice if you win over 2k btc in usd they won’t answer you or approve a withdraw until you play your balance down below 2k then they will approve a withdraw. I disagree with all these poor reviews for the site. I've had nothing but wonderful experiences. I've been playing with them for several years now and not once have I ever been anything other than happy with them. Their rules are simple and clear, they have great bonuses, and their VIP manager and program is top notch.

Worst online casino ever period. I won big and I got an email from the VIP manager, Tom. He said he would only give me half of the BTC I won. I clearly stated I didnt want any bounces on my profile but somehow they alway seem to slip one in and so when I'm playing and not aware that they slipped a bounce in it never fails I win a jack pot and never get paid. I made first deposit it went through no problem ok my 2nd deposit which was .0008 btc didn't arrive jn my wallet I ask customer service he put on this big act asking to provide this that. I wanted to look for a new casino to play at, since the ones I normally do are dry lately. I came across bitcoincasino.us. I always read the terms and conditions for any casino before I do anything. On the surface, the casino seems like it is legit. I didn't like that they require deposits (without bonuses attached) to be wagered 3x before they allow a withdrawal (7bit requires this too) because I feel that cheats people out of their winnings. Normally I would also read the reviews on the casino, but this time I didn't. I attempted to deposit a small amount via bitcoin, however, immediately after I completed the deposit process, the bitcoin was kicked back to my account. Thinking I had accidentally hit the back button or something, I attempted the deposit a second time, only to have the same results. The bitcoin immediately kicked back to my account. I'd never had this happen before, so I figured I had better check the reviews. I am SO glad I did! I am also glad that my deposit (even though it was just $50) was returned to me. BE WARNED! I guess my Bitcoin wallet already knew the casino was trouble, lol.

They screwed me out of a $600 win. I spun, i won, they didnt pay. Customer service (Adam) was a total jerk. I had to go and copy my deposits for his holiness to even address the problem.
